Food was excellent, small wings but so flavorful. Tammy is fabulous and friendly, highly recommend stopping and eating here hands down. May have to wait a bit but worth it.

Great experience! Called in order. Was ready 10 minutes later when I arrived. Fish was very good. Huge portions. Fried okra was hot & fresh. Best I’ve had in a while. Would recommend that they offer tartar sauce. Can’t wait to go back !

I was on work travel and looked online for some local food. I read the reviews and every review I read, even low reviews, stated the food was great. I do not know if the location changes, but I was able to find Tammy’s settled in a parking lot, where food trucks usually can be found.
When I walked up to the counter, I was trying to figure out what I would like to have and stated to the young lady that I have never tasted fried green tomatoes because I do not like tomatoes. She turned to the cook to make a couple. I ordered the fried fish and the full chicken wings with hot sauce (they make the hot sauce themselves), and mango tea.
My number was called and was told that I could try the fried green tomatoes on the house. OMG were they delicious!!! When the server saw my face she knew I liked them. Well I went back to my car and headed back to my hotel. ***No place to sit unless you bring chairs, a table, or eat in you car.
The food was able to make an 8 minute drive and was delicious. The batter for the fish was light and the two piece is more than enough if you order something else. The chicken wings are grilled, wet, and lightly battered.
When I travel back to Knoxville, I hope and look forward to coming back to good food and people.

Omg…. I haven’t even received my food yet, and I am losing my mind over this mango tea. Holy cow yall. You ever go somewhere nknow the food gonna be slapping before you even get there??? This the place right here!. The smells off this truck are filling the parking lot. I am so stinking excited about this meal. I will update as soon as I know for sure if my dreams are gonna come true.

I usually love the food from Tammy’s but not today.. Will let me rephrase that. The fried wings were ok but the garlic Parmesan wings were horrible. I was very displeased with them. Plus they only gave me two flats. Also it was too salty. I guess we all can have a off day but considering I just lost my job, and wanted to just treat myself to some good food, it’s not what I got. I will still support but hopefully the food will be up to par next time.

We were in from out of town and looking for a local mom and pop shop. A very nice woman, Ms. Stevens, we ran into at Peach Cobbler Factory recommended Tammy’s. We had a fried pork chop, garlic parm and teriyaki wings. Everything was delicious especially the pork chop. My husband liked the passion punch. I would definitely recommend for good local southern food.
