This placed USED to be great. Now the food is VERY overpriced for basic take out Chinese food. Rude customer service as well. I was hung up on by a lady last night when trying to order. Food is good, customer service isn’t good, price too high.

So disappointed!! I love cream cheese crab puffs- my order was not filled with cream cheese in any form. It was thick, sweet gelatinous goo(mushed rice?) in a thick, over cooked wrapper. The egg foo yung was super thin, greasy and should be called an onion cake. My container from delivery was filled with grease covering the entire bottom patty. The gravy was bland and greasy. My kung pao scallops and shrimp was ok, if you like celery and green peppers. Maybe a baby carrot worth of carrots and I don’t eat green peppers. Maybe the dine in is better food but I won’t be back.

Call to order a delivery order came to over 20 bucks, she say we no deliver, have to order 6 dollars more. Told her I would order somewhere else. Used to be nice owners until it changed owners, I won’t be giving them my business again.

3 hours to get food!! This was an absolutely INSANE experience. Ordered online at 5:58pm. Given a 30 minute delivery time. Called around 6. They confirm my name and address and tell me it’s on the way. I live 5 minutes from the store. OK. Places get busy things happen, no problem….Another hour later, I call again. They tell me they missed the order and will make it now. Please wait 20 more minutes. 45 minutes after that, I call AGAIN. I tell them they need to cancel my order and refund. He refuses cancellation and refund because “it’s in the way”. He tells me it’s not their fault, they just missed the order. (This is the manager). Finally get our food at just under 3 HOURS after we placed the order. It’s good and not well made but hey. They delivered it and said sorry so that’s all that matters right?

Have been ordering here for years. I would pass 3 Chinese food place to get theirs. Was our favorite. I don’t know if ownership changed but I didn’t recognize anyone. We ordered food for my family of 5 and everything was off. Pork fried rice was just fried rice. No pork no vegetables. Not one of our dishes was consistent with what we have come to expect. Sweet and sour chicken didn’t come with sweet and sour sauce. All are egg rolls were missing. It was all very disappointing.

I can say that I was uncomfortable with the process. I ordered two sizes of won ton soup, and 4 egg rolls. There was one person ahead of me that had ordered 10 mins prior.
After 20 mins and a lot of screaming behind the counter, I was handed the small won ton and 3 egg rolls, and was asked if I was supposed to have another soup. I said yes but my father was waiting in the car and didn’t have time to wait longer. I took the soup and two of the egg rolls and left without reimbursement for what I didn’t get.
