I had a great experience at the Shake Shack located in the corner of International Plaza. It’s a cozy spot with both indoor and outdoor seating, which gives it a nice, relaxed atmosphere. Perfect for grabbing a bite while enjoying the mall vibes.
The service was really good—everyone was friendly and helpful. We did wait around 25 minutes for our food, which felt a little long, but the staff handled everything well and kept things moving.
The food itself was solid. The burger had good flavor, though I found it a bit salty for my taste. The fries were delicious—crispy and well-seasoned. One order of fries was enough for two people to share, which was a nice surprise.
Pricing was fair for the quality and location, and overall I’d say the service was perfect. I really enjoyed the overall vibe and would definitely come back

Shake Shack left such a great impression on my first visit! The space was clean, calm, and relaxing with both indoor and outdoor seating available. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. The food? Absolutely delicious. The fries had the perfect crunch, and the chicken sandwich was juicy on the inside, perfectly crispy on the outside, and surprisingly big…about the size of my palm and spilling out of the bun in the best way. Everything tasted so fresh and well-prepared.
Unfortunately, my second visit didn’t live up to that same standard. The chicken portion was noticeably smaller and made the sandwich feel more like bread with a bite of chicken. Both the sandwich and fries were lukewarm and lacked the freshness I had been looking forward to. I’m hopeful it was just an off day. When Shake Shack gets it right, it’s really good!

Stopped by Shake Shack at International Mall and it did not disappoint. The burger was hot, juicy, and full of flavor definitely one of those simple but done right kind of meals. The beef tasted fresh, the bun was soft, and everything came together perfectly.
The crinkle-cut fries were crispy and well-seasoned, and paired great with the burger. I also grabbed a coke a solid way to finish the meal.
The spot does get busy, especially with mall traffic, but the kiosk ordering was smooth and the food came out fresh and fast. Prices are fair for the quality you get, especially for a mall location.
Overall, Shake Shack is a solid go-to if you’re shopping and want a satisfying burger that actually tastes good. I’ll definitely be back

We heard about this Shake Shack while participating in the Skate-a-thon- a fundraiser at Benchmark Arena for Moffitt Cancer center. We met Gary and he was very professional and nice. He ended up buying us lunch and his crew at the store was awesome, especially Emerson! He was Very polite and helpful! Food was insanely tasty and came out fast, even with a crowd standing around and ordering. Will DEFINITELY eat here again!

I would give Shake Shack 5 stars but the quality of the food is just mediocre with a couple exceptions. The Cherry Blossom milkshake definitely being one. This milkshake is one of the best milkshakes that I have ever tried. This milkshake tastes like the iconic Cherry Garcia ice cream!! I also ordered the black truffle burger which was ok and the black truffle fries which were also just ok. The burger runs small especially compared to the marketing inside of the restaurant so be prepared for that. I would definitely come back to try some more items on the menu and especially would order the Cherry Blossom milkshake again. That was the best part of visiting Shake Shack!

Had an awesome experience at Shake Shack thanks to Gary, the manager. My son originally ordered a mango smoothie, and Gary went out of his way to help us switch it to a Christmas Cookie Shake without any hassle. On top of that, he surprised us with coupons for free burgers to come back again, totally unexpected and very appreciated

This is by far my best visit to a Shake Shack anywhere and its all because of the Amazing Manager “Tina.” My son ordered a Gluten Free Bun. Tina came to our table and explained that it would take a little more time. She was so sweet and had such a beautiful and sincere smile. We will be coming back before I head back to Michigan thanks to Tina. Highly Recommend.

Well this location just opened on Friday 11/8. But let me tell you the Hype around Shake Shack is Real. Even with being opened 2 days the food and service was outstanding. This was our first time trying Shake Shack and it was well worth the price and the drive. From now on if we want burgers out This is the place we can’t wait until the Wesley Chapel location opens.
