I went tonight after dinner because I had a few minutes before my next errand and they took over 20 minutes to give me 2 drinks. They cleared the drive through twice and I had to tell someone that my drinks were ready and sitting on the counter. She handed them too me but I had to get their attention. I love it! They do get busy and at times it is a long wait time but recommend.
Also the order ahead is best if you’re running late best if you order 10 mins before just so you know you’ll get there and it’s ready to go.

Drinks are good (depending on the staff), service is also good (again dependant on staff that day) but speed is not their strong suit on any day. The double drive thru with only one order taker isn’t a smart setup for a location like this since it’s hard for the order taker to actually serve the cars in order of arrival versus who jumps to the other line to crowd the other cars already waiting. Plus I would question the cleanliness of the “kitchen area” since the back door is always propped open. Will definitely reconsider my next visit to this location.

I usually don’t bother leaving a review when I don’t like the drink, because we all have different likes and tastes. But I couldn’t help myself this time. I had the flapjack iced coffee, and the first sip I took I gagged. It tasted like full on cigarettes were in my coffee. I have had that same drink before about a year ago at a different location. And it didn’t taste like this AT ALL. I don’t know if the recipe changed or what, but this was the first time I couldn’t finish a Dutch bros drink, even if I didn’t like it, I wouldn’t waste it. However this was has gone to waste

This Dutch Bros really disappoints me everytime I go. I know it’s not there fault how other customers get in the drive thru line but as the workers they don’t even care who is next they like to pick and choose i feel like they need to get that figured out I dislike being cut in line. To avoid the drive thru I’ve tried ordering on the app and on the app it will say my order would be ready at a certain time and even going 5-10 mins later than the pick up time I’m still having to wait an additional 10-15 mins. makes me think what is the point of ordering ahead if I still have to wait for my drinks to be made after the pick up time. Lastly this last time I went really disappointed me I couldn’t even get my order in because the girl kept shouting to another worker every little thing I would order and wouldn’t let me finish when I got my drink it tasted horrible. I’ve tried multiple times to like this Dutch bros because it’s closer to where I live than having to drive to Bakersfield but at this point I rather drive to Bakersfield than order at wasco.
