Let me say I’ve never had a bad experience here before tonight. I come here often, at least once a week for the last 16 years. I walked into the Taco John’s about 10 minutes ago. The drive-through kid was sitting at one of the tables playing on his phone. He got up when we walked in and took our order. I’m still sitting here waiting for food while they’re making all these drive-through orders that came after me. They brought me my cold, super potato and my cold super nachos and they said they’ll bring my taco burgers out. Said he’s sorry about the wait. I asked him why they’re making all these drive-through orders before they made my order when clearly I put my order in first. His answer was we’re primarily a drive-through store… I’m absolutely not impressed. Also pictures of my “extra nacho cheese” super nachos

The drive thru was a bit confusing but other than that pretty awesome experience. Ordered at around 10pm at the drive thru, they made us wait for about 15 minutes and apologized about the wait and not having certain items on the menu and gave us our food for free! I like it better than taco bell for sure!

They don’t listen when giving them a order. I returned tongue them a second chance and same order and still completely wrong. Several people there don’t listen to orders. They typically do what they want not what you order.

Easy in and out parking. Clean on the outside and Ultra Clean on the inside. Lucky for me I walked right up to the counter and there was no waiting and I got my order in less than 5 minutes. I love the Great burritos here and they are generous with their abortions and their prices are right. I took some photos so you can see what it looks like inside.

The staff is Amazing and very accommodating. They are patient and will make you What you want, How you want it. And their chicken is the best out if Any fast food. Hands down..
