Got 2 sandwiches. One was a cold cut trio the EASIEST sandwiche to make. Unroll the pre-made set of meat plop it on… only had 1 kind of meat on it. And was not cut in half.

We are super grateful for the manager at this location!!! We needed 12 sandwiches quickly and she was ON IT!!! She was kind and took the time to give us the best deal possible.we definitely recommend this Subway location!!!

Do not order from this subway. This is my chicken bacon ranch salad with extra veggies, double meat that I ordered online. It literally looks like they gave me someone’s ½ eaten salad. Absolutely pathetic.

I love this subway. Always a great experience…. but I placed an order thru the app and they didn’t make my food correct.. I said light tomato and light lettuce and there was a ton… also on one of my sandwiches it was suppose to be the peppercorn ranch and they put mayo. The bread was suppose to be toasted as well.
My other sandwich I asked for extra jalapeños and olives. They didn’t do that as well. And smothered it in so much h mayo it was going threw the wrappers and made the bread so soggy. I had to put all the toppi g on new bread at home. I live in caney so going back wasn’t an option. I paid 14 something g for this thru the app. And I couldn’t even figure out how to contact anyone about it. I guess I have to go in and curbside isn’t gonna be a good option anymore. Like example how is this extra jalapeños.. I had to wipe off so much mayo I can’t trust them to fallow directions on orders. I love this store the manager is so cool but the boy working isn’t following what I put down….I may start going to the one by IHOP. The manager is Dakota or Sakata I can’t remember but if I ever order curbside imma check my order in front of them. I’m ordering curbside cause I have a baby I don’t want to drag from a warm car

They didnt have anything for drinks that were ordered on the app. I needed stuff in bottles to go in a backpack and they had none of it. So I payed for drinks I couldn’t even take with me. They had to call me on my order as well cause they didn’t have a couple of other things that I had ordered.

The employees were friendly and the ingredients on my turkey titan good. We paid for our order online and when we got there it said it was ready but neither of our order’s had been started. The biggest problem was I’m certain the wheat bread I received for my foot long was at least 3 days old. It was beyond stale and impossible to chew, I gave it to my dog.

The food was fine. My problem is with the service I received. My wife asked for ranch in a container instead of on her sandwich. The girl who served us put it in the little cup and set it aside in which case she never put it in our bag just left it there and we didn’t realize it till we got home. Her attitude is what irritated me the most. I’ve been in there today being three times and two of those she is the one who I dealt with. her attitude and tone of voice made me feel like she was disgusted my wife and I was in there. I don’t know if it’s that’s she’s upset with her own life or the fact she has to help me and my wife. she should not make the customer feel like we shouldn’t be there getting food or act like she is better than us in any way and I felt that today. I will never go back to that store unless its to tell her how she made us feel and if she don’t want to work then quit and go home. I’ve never been so mad that I contacted a place like this to vent my anger and tell my experience but that young lady has caused me to go Karen mode. She is extremely unprofessional and something needs to be done with the way she handles business for her employer. I expect nobody will ever read this all or even attempt to make this right but it was worth a chance. Thank you . The store is Dewey, Oklahoma by the way

Two women working lunch hour.They told us to wait when no else was there. Then tried to rush us through our orders. Very impatient. When other people came in they started taking their orders before finishing with ours. Place was crawling with ants. Just very unprofessional.

I dunno if it’s because I’m a local, or if the other people’s bad reviews are true for them, but I’ve eaten lunch there three times in the last 3 weeks n my sandwich was outstanding every time. Checota n the girl that’s been in there helpin her have been polite, friendly, and respectful. There was 4 people in line when I got in there today @ 11:55, I walked outta there with my sandwich @ 12:05.
