We came here to try the new Takis Fuego meal and it was delicious and we also ordered an additional kids meal. The interior design is great with a giant “W” for Wendy table leg. The staff are nice and friendly and they prepared the meal at a light speed. Surprise!!!

They get our orders wrong literally every single time. We go here all the time unfortunately because it’s my kid’s choice when he has to get an allergy shot, and I’m pretty sure they haven’t gotten it right even once.
Not complicated orders. Just like. “Plain burger, nothing on it” and it will have everything on it. Items missing. That sort of thing.
Today my kid is going hungry (not for the first time) because they gave us only one order of chicken nuggets instead of two. Again.

Told me wait 3 minutes for the pattys to cook, waited 12 min to get my food and the food was cold. Not only that I paid for a 1 year frosty coupon (the guy on the speaker asked if I wanted to donate a dollar for one) never received it because they had me waiting and probably forgot.

Shown is patty size for my Dave’s Single. Notice the cheese that isn’t even remotely melted. Nuggets were ice cold. I’ve eaten Wendy’s for years and years and this is embarrassing. I’ve gotten cold food before, this looks like it was cooked 2 hours prior to serving it, and wasn’t even the correct patty for the product.

Every time I’ve gone there I order one thing and receive a whole another. I always ask for no salt on my fries. When I get home I find that I cannot even eat them. Seems like they’re put in nothing but salt. I have high blood pressure.

This isn’t the worst Wendy’s we’ve been in but certainly cleanliness is not their forte! Time to get proper floor cleaner that doesn’t stick with every step you take. Certainly don’t clean much around this place.

Terrible customer service from the girl at the takeout window. She forgot my kids chicken nuggets and there was never a sorry, please, thank you, have a nice day..nothing. Needs some more customer service training.
