Very clean and nice hole-in-the-wall Mexican restaurant that has mastered both Mexicana and Americana food.
The steak and eggs were perfect. The steak was a ribeye seared and cooked perfectly. Portions are good size.
Huevos Rancheros had great flavor.
My son who is a picky eater asked if he could have a special order of rice, beans, hashbrowns, and bacon, and the amazing waitress said, “absolutely!” He had the best of both worlds!
A few things that our family really enjoyed. The restaurant is obviously very faith-based and we LOVED it! They gave him a cup that said, “Praise the Lord & Pass the coffee.” We thought it was the best thing ever!
We drove from Hollywood to Arcadia for breakfast and the drive was well worth it!

As soon as we walked in we were kindly greeted and we chose a table to sit at. The atmosphere was nice and clean with music playing not too loud but good background music. The waitress was very friendly and quick to take our orders. The food came out pretty quick also. There are vegan and vegetarian options, if you ask them to make it. We ordered the pancakes, with no butter and fruit sauce on the side, and a side of hash browns with sautéed veggies on the side. The food was delicious and nicely presented. I highly recommend for anybody to come and eat here, nice family environment. We will definitely be back.

My family and I had the pleasure of coming to this restaurant for brunch. Let me tell you, it was completely worth it. The service was amazing right off the bat you get greeted at the front by great customer service. The staff is super friendly and extremely welcoming. It was a little busy for takeout, but that did not damage the great customer service. We sat down and got water and coffee. The coffee was amazing café de la olla never disappoints. The chef came out, took our order himself, and was extremely nice. we felt really special. We ordered 1 kids breakfast that came with hash brown eggs, 1 strip of bacon, and 1 sausage. We also ordered green chilaquiles that came with a side order of beans and eggs, and we added chicken for an additional 6 dollars. They do not play with the chicken it was a whole half a breast in there. I ordered the rib eye steak and eggs that came with green bell peppers and onion and a side of French toast. The food was amazing. The seasoning on the food was perfect. Let’s start with the kids’ meal I ordered for a 1 year old, and the chef knew what he was doing he cooked the bacon rice and crispy kind of like a potatoe chip the sausage was also crispy and the eggs where nice and scrambled. Textures play a big part when feeding a 1 year old, and I swear this chef got it spot on my 1 year old could not stop eating his food. The chilaquiles were phenomenal, although they were not spicy for me or my fiance that did not take from the flavor very well seasoned tortilla chipe fresco and crispy and the sauce really brought the dish together. The rib eye steak was perfectly executed to a medium and again well seasoned with hash brown and scrambled eggs. The French toast was too fluffy and delicious that I wish I would have had more time to sit, and as a parent, sometimes when it’s time to go, it’s time to go. I really enjoyed the food here I really loved how welcoming they made us feel and will definitely come back and recommend to anyone looking for a nice brunch spot near temple city honestly I this this is going to be our new go to for a nice brunch for my fiance and I. Definitely must try!!

We ordered some tacos to share and they were amazing: they arrived steaming hot and with an aroma that whetted our appetites. The meat was tender and the tortillas were freshly made. Very fair prices for the quality they offer. We’ll be back very soon!

A true delight! Marko’s Breakfast & Dinner in Temple City is a hidden gem. The Mexican food is fresh, full of flavor, and the portions are generous. The atmosphere is very family-friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended for a hearty breakfast or a delicious dinner! I’ll be back soon.

Visiting from Vegas and we wanted to find something calm. Well, stepping into Marko was like stepping into my mama’s house. A warm welcome and chat before ordering. The food is to die for! We all ordered something with steak and it was cooked perfectly! The cafe de olla was so good I didn’t need to add any milk or sugar. They had freshly made blueberry jam and I almost filled myself up with that. If you’re looking for good food and an even better atmosphere Marko is where it’s at!
