I do not usually complain as I love Milanos in Ottawa, but tonight was very disappointing. I ordered a lasagna and a large combination pizza. The pasta part of the lasagna was raw and still hard and the cheese on top of the lasagna had not melted. The cheese on top of the pizza also had not melted and when I got home, which is three minutes away, the pizza was cold. Will never be going back to the Winchester location again.

My entire order was ice cold.
Poutine was clumping.
Onion rings were rock hard, pizza top was burned.
Forgot Part of the order and the driver said sorry we’re to busy to return.
Is it under new management? The food has changed and it’s for the cheapest but raised the price higher ?
Very sadden to see all the waste as my family couldn’t consume the food as it was either burnt, soggy, clumping or just plan nasty.

I liked the folks here, but the gluten free pizza I got was either undercooked or… I’m not sure what’s up with it. It tastes flavorless and very chewy. I’ve never had a gluten free pizza like this.
Edit: On further inspection this is entirely undercooked. Some of this is raw.

The pizza is good. Expensive, but decent. But they have a habit of forgetting to add the deep fried cheese curds when I order both in store and delivery. I’m paying for it and I don’t get. It’s getting ridiculous.

When ordering from Milanos we were pleasantly surprised. The wings were a decent size. We ordered the hot wings they were sauced very well. We end up ordering 3 pounds the price was decent worked out to be about $11 dollars a pound. We would definitely order again. Thank you Milanos for cooking dinner Ryan and Lori out

Have been ordering from here for years but in the last 9 months have had two horrible experiences. Will not be going back unfortunately. Was lied to about being compensated for a website that provides inaccurate information, and also placed an order that was simply never delivered because they were accepting orders for delivery despite not having a delivery driver working to deliver orders. Great pizza if you’re willing to gamble with your money and time.

Pizza is usually decent when initially ordered. Tried other menu items but I’m not going to stray away again because of how the poutine looked, tasted, and was presented. I was expecting curds but it is shredded moza. Still cheese but would be helpful if in the description of the dish it was mentioned.
Also ordered fried chicken and didn’t expect much. Taste was expected like a frozen food into a deep fryer would be. Everything was hot and ready but it’s just the quality that’s needing to be upped for dishes other than pizza.
