This is always a favorite for my husband and I. The staff are always very friendly and we always receive great service. We had one truly EXCEPTIONAL customer service experience at the Manchester location on 2/20/26. Ty helped us and went above and beyond the expectations of his role which only reaffirmed to both of us why we love coming here! If I could give more than 5 stars I would after this experience!

First time visitor and I love panini’s. Was greeted right away. Almost felt like a Subway but with different bread. Bread is round and theirs is three different sizes. I chose the Chicken Bacon Ranch and was able to add on other items not listed,like pickles. Then my sandwich went into panini press. Just the smells alone will get your stomach ready. I have to say it was very good. You can also add on chips and a drink but I didn’t. This place is a redo place. Many options and selections to add on. Was very clean and the individuals working their were pleasant.

Amazing service great atmosphere The staff had great energy and good recommendations. One of the sandwiches that I always get was out of season. They work together and created me a new sandwich which was Delicious and made my day. I was disappointed at first but then Maria, Gianna, Brandon worked together to make me a satisfied customer. I placed an online order for a 1030 pick up. Door was unlocked and open at 1027… I was told they weren’t open. Waited till 1035 to go back in. Was welcomed to “picking up” and nothing from the 3 employees for 6 mins. It’s now 1046…… still waiting for my food. Thank goodness I only had a 15 min break from work… all this for 2 sandwiches that after all fees is almost 50$ hope the write up from work hurts less. uPDATE The response from higher up was very fast and helpful! They were very efficient in handling my issues and resolving my complaints!!!!!!!! For the promptness I will add 2 stars for service. Even though I won’t go back it’s nice to see the care in resolving my problems. Thank you!!!!

Normally we have very nice service, but tonight the person making our sandwiches was extremely lazy and inattentive. We asked for no mayo on one sandwich, but they put it on anyway. When my husband corrected them, instead of getting new bread without mayo spread, they just “wiped off” the mayo and kept making it. Mayo cannot be wiped off bread. You have no idea why I asked for no mayo, and now it still has it. And not properly correcting the mistake is lazy.

I always go into the West Hartford hot table and it wasn’t the best service but I went into Manchester stores on Friday and had the best servers ever. I was welcomed by Koire , Maria , and Carter.
