Absolutely disgusting experience. I haven’t been treated this poorly in a long time. The employee, Vanessa (that was the name the girl working tonight, 1-21- 2026 @ 6:45 pm near Edith and Osuna gave me), was shockingly rude from the moment we walked in. She had a horrible attitude, was throwing food around, and acted inappropriately the entire time.

We came in 1 hour and 15 minutes before closing, which is completely reasonable, yet she refused to let us dine in because she was ready to leave. That is unacceptable. If the store is open, customers should be treated with basic respect, not rushed out or punished for showing up during posted business hours. Why have posted business hours if the franchise owner is going to allow the store to open and close based on employee discretion? Be honest about your that on your front door and on Google if thats the case and let your customers decide if they want to take a gamble going to your location.

This wasn’t just bad service, it was disrespectful, unprofessional, and embarrassing for the brand. The female employee made it very clear she didn’t want to be there and took it out on us. No apology, no courtesy, no attempt to act like a customer-facing employee.

Subway should be ashamed to have someone like this representing their business. Horrendous customer service. I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend management take this seriously if they care at all about retaining customers. If any potential customers are reading this, save yourself the disrespect and take your money elsewhere.

Awful service from a Hispanic woman with black hair on 2/4/26 @ 4:00pm. I honestly, was super nice. But, no idea why this Mexican lady was so rude to me. Check camers you will see district! Please, she desperately needs Customer/ Social skills ASAP! Your welcome young lady if this helps you improve your skills! Oh, and the other large white girl/coworker SUCKED! They both just walked away from after having more teriyaki sauce added to my sandwich. They both were pissed at me! For absolutely no reason!

We went 45 minutes before the closed. The woman was rushing us the whole time cut the sandwich longways over 2in on the bottom 1/2 in on the top. Put 3 scoops of tuna for a 12 in. sandwich. The tuna doesn’t go from one side of the bread to the other. She was very pushy you could tell she did not want to be there at all. I was actually getting uncomfortable. I won’t be going back.

Came in for a pickup on the new meal deal. Todays deal was the cold cuts combo…. to my surprise, all of the meat in my sandwhich was bologna. There were no seasongings on my sandwhich either. Not sure what is going on at this place, but this is not the location to stop at….

Rude, abrupt service.

This review is for a dinner meal [take out] at 5;45 pm today. ‘Nicole’ was very rude and abrupt, plainly she thought that I was imposing on her time. The poor customer who came in after us did not even get a greeting. Thankfully, it’s Subway, so I could at least make sure that ‘Nicole’ did not spit in my food. As for the other employee – she did nothing but check her phone. She had made the effort to rub out her name on her name plate, and hang it upside down, so that she cannot identified. Recommend that both be fired.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Subway. When we entered, we weren’t acknowledged by the staff at all. I had to speak up and let them know we wanted to place an order. One of the employees was too focused on her phone and didn’t even acknowledge us when we walked in. To make things worse, when she finally spoke to us, her voice was so quiet that we could barely hear her, even though we were standing just a foot away.

What made this even worse was the fact that the employee was wearing gloves and touched her phone before handling the bread and ingredients with the same gloves. That’s a serious hygiene issue, as gloves should never be used for non-food-related tasks, especially when handling food.

Overall, the lack of customer service and unsanitary practices were unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location.

This location does not honor subways refund policy or take contaminated food seriously. We received sub sandwiches that tasted and smelled like some kind of chemical or fragrance had been spilled on them. The owner said this was impossible because they use sanitizer not cleaner at their store. Something clearly contaminated the food, regardless of what they clean with. The owner Mark refused to refund and dismissed our concerns. That approach to food service shows a lack of care for customer safety and well-being, would not recommend this location.
