We stopped here visiting from Charleston SC. Vivian (front counter) was so helpful and polite. The food was hot and the restaurant was very clean. She even had me sit with our four kids and brought the food to us.
Overall, amazing experience!! We will definitely be returning.

It was a 35 minute wait for our food, after I paid for it.
Only two people were working, a third person came in from a break and appeared to be lost. The cashier was working the front , the window and taking orders out to the cars and never washed his hands once when returning.
People were coming in from the drive through asking for their food. Some people who were standing in line just walked out.
The food was good, but I watched my Veggie burger be microwaved. Had I known that’s it was prepared, I would have had a Whopper. Most of the times I’ve been there in the past there weren’t many people there, now I know why.
It was so disappointing. Not once were we told sorry for the wait, or offered a free item to make it worth the wait. I love Burger King. But do not recommend this one to a one.

One of the worst fast food restarurants I’ve visited. The service is always slow, at times being a 25-30 minute wait. The prices on the drive through menu board doesn’t reflect the actual prices. The employees are some of the most unfriendly I’ve encountered. They seem put out to take your order or answer a question. I’ve gotten several orders with food missing, once I even brought 3 kids meals home containing toys and napkins only.
I would hope to get better service, food, and correct represented prices, especically on a Military installation.

I don’t think we’ve ever had a good experience here. The staff aren’t friendly and sound upset they have to be at work (no one forced you to work here). The food is usually cold, the burgers are dry and fries are stale. Today, probably the last time we will ever order at this location, we waited for 16 minutes for cold burgers and cold fries. Mind you there weren’t any other customers when we pulled up and nothing about the order was difficult and no one warned us the broiler was “down”, I am sure she meant they turned it off prior to closing. I would have rather tossed that money into the trash than spend it on the food we got.

I’m not normally one to do this, but my recent experience here was easily the worst one I’ve ever had with fast food. Apparently the employees here don’t know what’s on their own food or speak English very well. I asked if a sandwich had tomatoes on it and got a shrug to indicate “I don’t know” without any further effort to answer my question. After placing my order for an A1 Mozzarella Bacon Cheeseburger combo, I see in the back a sandwich being made which isn’t what I ordered. I then wait until the employee retrieves my order to see that she brings me that sandwich and nothing else. I politely say that I don’t think that’s what I ordered and I didn’t get my drink and fries yet either. She immediately begins to assert that I ordered the A1 burger. I said yes, you have two, and I ordered the one with mozzarella in a combo. She then asserts that I never said combo. I apologize if she happened to not hear me and affirmed that I did indeed want the fries and drink. She then charges me full price for the fries and drink, individually, which totally invalidates the reason for ordering a combo in the first place. By this time I was so frustrated I just payed the extra two dollars and walked off with my order. I’m extremely disappointed at this location’s apparent lack of consideration for their customer’s satisfaction and will not be returning. This is the location on base and should I ever have the desire to go to Burger King again I will willingly go three miles out of my way to go to the one just outside the gate.

This Burger King is THE WORST. I called their corporate office yesterday. My husband tried to eat there today and their broiler was not working. In the drive through we had a 15 minute wait and no one even acknowledged us until I had my husband flag someone down. The quality of customer service here is consistently poor and the expectation is excellence especially because its located on a military base. If I could rate this place no stars I would.
