There’s nothing bad to say, basically. Owner is a good man. Bartenders are genuine, and honest to God care about the local people. Rarely any drama. Check out the lights above the stools! So pretty. If you aren’t an a**. You’ll enjoy your time there!

The bartenders are very nice people. The food is delicious. I tried their cheese steaks and their burgers. Prices were low cost. They have casino machines, a pool table, and a jukebox. They have a few small booths to sit in or you can sit at the bar. The place is small, but the atmosphere was pleasant.

I dont know what I find so warm and fuzzy about dive bars .. but it’s the cheapest place to drink . All my people’s pop in and it’s pretty much home since R.I.P STATE STREET. Great food cheap. Newly felted pool table . World class bartenders. And enough action to take the night to a great experience.

Worst experience I had in East. Unfortunately not the riverside bar itself as I never got to experience it but the patrons were terrible. If you’re a person of color stay away from here. Poor white people = worst people in this country. Never been here before but had to bring my wife to attend a funeral in town. Go to Jack’s Irish Pub instead. Where you will be treated like a human being that spends money.

This bar has one of the best collections of “Everyday People” coming and going. . . The warmest “Hello” spoken is just as sincere as the last goodbye echoed. . .
