Couldn’t have been a better place for lunch. The employees were super friendly. The food came quickly but tasted fresh and was delicious. I’m not normally a smoothie person but the strawberry banana smoothie I had was excellent! Although this location is a little out of my way, I would totally come back to this specific store. Great atmosphere!

This Juice Pod is the absolute best by far! I live and work near two other locations but I drive out of my way to get my smoothies! I love the bowls and toast too. Frankie and Becca keep this place running the way it should be. JP is lucky to have them. I had surgery this past summer and my elderly mom picked up for me and every worker was kind enough to help her and bring the drinks to her car. I can’t say enough good things about this location!

Fast and clean. Prices are okay, the smoothie was delicious and so was the bowl. I wish they would’ve used biodegradable straws, but loved it!! Will be back

Food is good. Service is slow despite everyone being actively busy. They could really use some lean ops help; looks like inefficient ops. And losing the orders and asking 3 times what I am waiting for as I wait 10 minutes for my second item. Just not helping the situation. Their hearts seem in the right place and doing lots of custom work is hard. Everyone deserves a better ops situation. Waiting 30 minutes for a smoothie is just silly….

I got a Superfood Acai bowl which was absolutely delicious and I loved all of the toppings. Perfectly portioned. It is VERY loud in here when it gets busy and I had a salad with chicken once that was very under seasoned and bland. Definitely good for the acai bowls though!

I’m usually not one to voice a complaint in a review, but we’ve brought it to the staff’s attention twice now and have gotten nothing but pushback in return. The açaí bowls are delicious every time we’ve ordered them. However, this establishment has minimal regard or consideration for food allergies. My family member has a serious gluten allergy, and we’ve specified gluten free granola for her bowl every time we’ve ordered, whereas the rest of us order it with regular granola. Twice now we’ve received our order with identical bowls, and no indication on the packaging as to which bowl is gluten free. Both times we’ve asked the staff which one is gluten free (the first time we had to call because we had already left), to which the staff member says “oh you should be able to tell by looking at the granola.” I don’t work with granola every day, and I doubt the average customer can tell the difference, especially when the granola is mixed in a bowl and covered with fruit. The second time that we received bowls where none were labeled, the same employee working said “next time you should request that the gluten free one be labeled.” WHAT? I don’t understand how hard it is to label a package “gluten free,” especially when it involves the health of your customers. I’ve worked in restaurants and we’ve ALWAYS taken every necessary precaution when handling food allergies, including labeling the allergy-free item on the takeout box. Of the 3 times we’ve ordered multiple bowls with one gluten free bowl, only once was the gluten free bowl labeled. So, clearly someone is doing it correctly, but the rest of the staff has not gotten the memo. We try to be patient and understanding, but when our concern is met with condescension by the staff, it’s incredibly frustrating. It makes it very difficult to want to continue to support this local, female-owned business that we’ve otherwise had great experiences with.

Juice Pod has great açaí bowls! The one that I ordered was very tasty and topped with coconut. You can customize the bowls however you want and they will make sure you have enough of what you ordered. I highly recommend this spot! Cool vibes, great music, and comfortable eating area.
