I had a great experience at Subway! The staff were incredibly friendly and greeted me with warm smiles as soon as I walked in. They patiently helped me customize my sandwich exactly how I wanted it, offering suggestions without being pushy. The ingredients were fresh, and the restaurant was clean and well-organized. My order was prepared quickly, and the service felt personal and genuine. It’s always nice to visit a place where the team cares about both the food and the customers. The newly renovated Subway looks great—clean, modern, and welcoming. The food was fresh and tasty, with new menu options worth trying. Can’t believe I’m leaving another bad review about a DIFFERENT subway in the area. Not sure what’s going on with subway in this area, but they all seem to be under new management and the quality has gone straight down the tube.
Tonight, the bread was hard as a rock. That would be excusable, if they had given even 3/4ths the amount of “filling” they should have. The cut was uneven, which left the sandwich half full and nearly impossible to bite through. As it stood, these sandwiches were basically inedible. They also gave me a generic plastic bag, rather than a paper bag.
Apparently Subway no longer does receipt surveys, so expect to see more bad google reviews now that this new regime has taken over the Dayton-area restaurants.
Subway used to be my favorite quick food. This isn’t my first bad google review lately, but for better or for worse: it will be my last.
Only didn’t leave 1 star because (so far) I’m still alive.

My bread was so flat, thin, and undercooked (or underproofed). I couldn’t eat the sandwich because I couldn’t pick it up. The employees were incompetent. One clocked in early and never took his hoodie off, they were unable to understand “light lettuce” or “light mustard, like just one line across”. My kids sandwiches were a mess because there was mustard everywhere. They began, at 5:20pm, stacking chairs and tables so they could mop. I didn’t want to sit around while they mopped with my family eating. I’ve never had a problem until tonight. I won’t be going back to that one and I will be taking it up with the manager as soon as I can. Wasted a whole footlong.

STALE old bread and STALE, rock hard, old tasting cookies. Never had an inedible subway cookie until today. They are definitely reusing old bread and cookies. Very disappointing.

If this location is currently closed it needs to be updated on the app, on Google, & with mobile ordering. They have NO PROBLEM taking my money for an order and then I can’t get contacted by customer service despite reaching out more than one time for a cancellation of the order and a refund. Instead I was charged for food I was never able to pick up because the doors were locked despite it saying “open” and having the mobile ordering open on the app as well. Extremely unprofessional & other people saying for people to stop leaving bad reviews…when a company takes the money out of your account and you can’t even contact them to get it back because of their lack of turning off their system that it not okay. How is anyone to know the location is closed when Google says they are open, mobile ordering says they are open, & there is no signs anyway about a closure. Extremely disappointed.

HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE!! Ordered 3 sub platters for mothers birthday party. Went to pick them up and they had given my catering order to someone else, claiming that they used my last name. Spoke to manager they agreed to remake it, but made me show my confirmation. Staff person then asked me to email a regional manager when I did the email bounced back. The staff then reclaimed my order and would not release it until I got confirmation that the email is received. I got phone numbers for both the manager and the general manager. They did not have the courtesy to answer or respond to my calls or email. After 2 hours they finally released my order, which (was subsequently incorrect) and I arrived to the party with the food 2 1/2 hours late. Not much fun and after their mistake, they treated me like I was the one at fault. Poor Training and Customer Service at the store level, the manager, and the regional managers. If I was corporate or franchise owner, I would clean that house.
