Now, staff are super friendly. My issue is not service or time for delivery. The delivery guy was awesome. Deliver 10 min short of quoted time.
The pizza, on the other hand, had left a lot to be desired. was nothing like we imagined. Almost no chicken or toppings. Super thin crust. We pay just as much for Marcos with 3 times the quantity of toppings. It’s all bread. Huge disappointment. 17 small pieces of chicken on a large pizza. Paid 28 dollars with delivery, tip was separate. Won’t order again. Pitiful pizza.

Thank you thank you thank you Pizza Hut in Cullman Al! I had a special request to have 3 pizzas ready by 9am for my daughter’s class pizza party and they came through despite not opening until 10:30. So thank you Pizza Hut for making these kids extra happy this morning!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Extremely incompetent, today it wasn’t just missing the ranch…. They left out an entire pizza. We called and I went to get the pizza. To my grand surprise they just gave me the cold one they had forgot the first time how great.

The pizza and breadsticks with cheese were hot, fresh, and tasted great!! We were very disappointed that they now charge for parmesan cheese even while dining in. Another disappointing fact was the size of the marinara cups for the bread sticks and the additional cup of marinara that we were charged for. The new size would require a minimum of 2-3 cups to be equivalent to 1 of the old ones which was sufficient. The only other unpleasant thing we experienced was the fact when we paid at the time we ordered our food, we left a generous tip. Well we had to fix our own drinks, refills etc. The cashier literally brought our food and abandoned us at that point. I rather just keep my tip money and you call me back upfront when my food is ready because honestly a tip is not warranted for the service that is provided now. It’s not the same dine-in experience we all knew in the 80s,90s, and early 2000’s. Overall experience and food was good.

This Pizza Hut is the sorriest restaurant I’ve ever been to. U order at the counter, no prices on the menu, no plates, no waitress and then put my pizza in the warmer. I had to get up and ask about my pizza!!! Had to eat out of the box lid!!!!

Pizza Hut is a Great place to get the best pizza in town. Their new restaurant is bigger and better & it is staffed better. They have the best workers, very attentive, helpful and careful to do a great job at getting food orders correct.

This was our first time trying this pizzahut since we moved back home two years ago, but it will now be our goto for pizza night. We placed a pickup order, and everything was hot and ready when I arrived. I was immediately greeted upon entering the restaurant, and they checked out my order with me to ensure everything was there, even my extra sauces, which other places always seem to forget.

We ate in the dining area which is quite lack luster. Had to order at the counter as there is no service. The Supreme pizza that we ordered was pretty good but not as good as we hoped it would be. We both like red pepper on our pizza. I went to the counter and asked for it. The person at the register said it was $1.50. I naturally laughed and stood there. He said he was not kidding it is $1.50. I said forget it as I have never paid that for any condiment in a restaurant. We left disappointed and probably will not return.
