I stop here almost weekly for slices during the day and love them. Stopped in tonight and ordered a small 3 topping pie and a lemonade and it came out to $34, Guy behind me had ordered 2 large pies and a couple sodas and his charge was $57. I looked at the menu and a small 5 topping was 23.99. Would have thought the small 3 topping would have been less . But I was wrong . Even questioned the girl behind the counter ( 34 dollars for a small and a drink) she said yup. Wow. Not sure I’d come back to this location.

I accidentally ordered pickup to the Westport location instead of Greenwich, and instead of making me cancel, they offered to deliver it out to me in Greenwich late at night! Such amazing service all around- the person on the phone and the delivery man were both SO kind and understanding. And the food was delicious (and still warm)! Thank you so much!!

I’m sorry but the delivery was ridiculously slow. I ordered through the app to have it in an hour and 5 min. I called twice and it was 30 min late… 2 guests already had to leave. If I had been told they were busy, I gladly would’ve picked it up. Instead some people left my house unfed:( I usually do like their pizza but $75 for super late food is ridiculous

Placed a delivery order on “wing Wednesday” for .59 cent wings and a grinder and calzone. Spoke to a rude high pitch voiced woman, she gave me the total which was $10 over what it should have been. I called back immediately and spoke to the same woman who claimed I never told her I wanted the wing promotion price (?) which I did, and that they discontinued it anyways unless you ask for it(?). I asked her to cancel the wings because that was ridiculous, she immediately said “you got it” and hung up on me. That’s not how you treat a paying customer, so I immediately called back to cancel the entire order instead. Turns out she already cancelled the entire order because she said I told her to. Then she hangs up on me again. I clearly said to cancel the wings only, this woman needs to pay attention and learn some respect. There’s about 10 other pizza places within 5 miles of me and I will NEVER give planet pizza my business again. It’s a shame this horrible employee is working in such a (normally) nice restaurant. Food is usually pretty good. VERY inconsistent. BUT DELIVERY…. I would say 4 out of 5 times they are missing something in the order. And the last 2 times the promo code online DOES NOT WORK. ALL other Delivery Services brings the food to the door.. This place is ALWAYS having its driver call me having us come out to the road to pick up our stuff and YET I continue to offer the traditional tip AHEAD of time. For WHAT?? LUCKILY…. this is my last order from them FOREVER as we are moving in 2 days. BUT I have a plethora of clients here and after all of these years of TERRIBLE service… I am no longer a r resident and will more than happy to share with all of them as there are other options in Westport including a brand new establishment which we will be trying tomorrow. You know PLANET PIZZA… it would be a lot different if you compensated for your negligence in lieu of making us wait EACH AND EVERY TIME for your drivers to return with our items 30-40 minutes AFTER we are done eating….
