Would be a minus rating if there was that option. Ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl to go today, and there was not one piece of chicken in the bowl. Terrible. I was there a couple of weeks ago and picked up two burgers to go, and there were condiments on both that had been requested to be left off. WTH? I’ll be saving my money and not spending it here anymore. I called the orders in, they were repeated back to me correctly, and I end up with screwed up orders. I’ll be sharing my terrible experience with The Hearth.

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars and not one is because the coffee was actually decent. When you order something and ask for it to be substituted and it’s not, it’s not great. When I asked if you had turkey bacon instead of bacon and you didn’t, I asked for it to be put on the side not in my burrito. Granted it was an online order but I didn’t want bacon in my burrito. The last thing I wanted to do was pick out bacon out of my burrito! It was actually not the worst burrito I’ve had, it was pretty tasty. If it wasn’t for the chef for putting the bacon in my burrito I would’ve given this place 5 stars. Please listen to the online orders. That was not cool.

I just love the food there is right by work and everything there is delicious, nice staff and they do have sweets and micro draft beer and spirits.. All around good prices in most things , my favs are the Breakfast tacos I’m Addicted to them I need Help lol. And I recommend trying there whiskey BBQ Burger and garlic fries exactly what the stomach and eyes want. I want my taco now bad lol….See Ya there.

Our lunch was amazing!! I got the BBQ Bacon Burger with fries and a peppermint latte both made exactly how I wanted it and my friend got the waffles and a pumpkin spice latte. The staff was awesome like always and Josh,the manager, is the best.

I had heard good things about this place so I thought I would try it. Unfortunately, the chicken on my sandwich was tough (I think undercooked), the side dishes I was given was incorrect so my sandwich sat there getting cold and with people reaching over it while they got my correct side dish ready. Which took a bit because they ran out. The street corn, which I thought would be hot, was right out of the fridge cold. I guess this just wasn’t the place for me.

Clean and pretty good coffee but muffins were overpriced and a bit stale. Pretty much flavorless. Update. This place got their act together and now I find it to be GREAT!! Clean and good, healthy choices available.

Despite its outward appearance at first, this From the Hearth is a great place to eat. Excellent food, busy at times, but a nice place to have these food options. Take advantage of the patio out back for extra seating, too!
