I ordered online when I got there my sandwich was just laying on the counter not ready I sat and waited for bout ten minutes finally the the lady walks to the counter slides my sandwich on the counter with the most hateful glare and said nothing will not be going back and my tomatoes tasted old wasted that 16.00 dollars

If you want your sandwich made correctly, do not order on the app – go in person so you can WATCH them make it. This is the third time I’ve placed an online order only to return home and find that several toppings were missing from my sub. I’m unsure if this is due to a lack of reading comprehension on the part of the employees (as the receipt clearly lists the contents of my order) or just plain inattentiveness. Regardless, do better Subway.

Store is extremely clean. The staff there are very friendly and professional in their conduct. Every order was prepared correctly and reasonably timely in service as there were several other customers ahead of us. Will definitely return to this restaurant.

Just terrible. 1) They messed up the order. 2) The bread was super old AND 3) They refused to give more than just a couple of napkins for two footlong subs. Lol. When we went back to the counter to ask for more napkins, the owner actually looked over at the table to see how many we had left and gave us just TWO more. Given the bad food and bad service, I will never return to this location!

I didn’t even order, I came in @ 8:20. The lady asked me rudely what I wanted. I said I wasn’t ready I needed a minute. She said you better hurry I am ready to go home. I just left. How rude?!

The worst customer service. The sand which maker got mad at me because she couldn’t listen. It went so far as her asking if I wanted mayo me saying no, she puts a blob of mayo and asks if I wanted it. I replied saying no (letting the blob go) and she adds a full serving of mayo then asks if there was anything else. When I said no but that I didn’t want the mayo she balls the sand which up and throws it telling the other girl to get me a new sand which turns to my boyfriend and asks if we know what we want on our sandwiches because “there’s a line and all -not to he rude”. I walked out at that point.
