There was no one in the place when we got there. Place was filthy. Ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and it was not Spicy. Had no condiments out, had to ask for everything we needed. This was the third time it has been like this and we will not be going back.

I love eating at Chick-fil-A . I stop at this location every time I drive thru Alice. This place looked like a HOG PEN. The floors had lots of black dirty spots. All the tables were dirty . I asked a girl if she could get me a table clean. She came with a wipe and cleaned some spots others she didn’t even clean. I had to show her the seat that was very greasy and stained with food. The restroom trash was over flowing as if it had not been cleaned in days.. THIS LOCATION IS A DIRTY PLACE. The ordered the number 1 the piece of chicken was half the size of a usual piece. I called the girl for a refill. She was walking by. I said excuse me . She yelled YES.. I asked can I get a refill. Bad attitude. Very bad experience..

I don’t understand how this place doesn’t have more reviews. They have great food, great service, and the employees working there are very friendly. These people work hard and go out of their way just to make sure the customers have everything they need before leaving.

Hardly any line but it took 20 minutes to get my food. The one lady working was walking around very slowly. She didn’t even acknowledge me in the drive through and then when she finally brought my food I was expecting an apology or something for the delay, but she just gave me my food without even saying anything. Not my experience with Chic Fil A anywhere else.

We had Chick fil A for lunch today. I had a regular chicken sandwich with a medium waffle fries which was only .40 cents because I wanted lettuce and tomato. I also ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and small waffle fries for my spouse. Everything was delicious and it was awesome that I was able to use multiple offers. The whole 2 meals were under 10 bucks. Today’s drive thru experience was great as well sometimes it seems to take a while but we were in and out today which was good.

This is the SLOWEST Chick-fil-A I have ever been to in my life. They had a line way past the parking lot and you have employees just standing there talking while they should have been cashing people out and giving them their orders. I shouldn’t have been there long enough to hear their conversation let alone know that’s what they were doing instead of their jobs. The food was not very good either. Fries were way over salted and my chicken strips were cold. Do better!!!

The customer service lacked. I asked the manager if they walked around offering more refills or just anything. Her response was, that they didn’t have enough staff to offer those services. Really!?!? I’m from the Rio Grande Valley and all the Chic-fil-A’s that I visit are always top notch in their customer service.

Took our Grand kids for a meal ,our food was ok kind of cold when they brought it out ,we tried to get Refills and the girl at the counter just looked at us ,and Never once asked can I help you. She turned around and just ignored us !
