We are a competition BBQ team who spent years on the BBQ trail dialing in our passion. We then opened a food truck which in turn, opened our BBQ restaraunt. We took all the things we learned about BBQ and apply them now in our restaurant. The results are BBQ that you can’t get anywhere else! Come try it and see for yourself!

First off, if you live in Cintronelle, you already know. If your new to Cintronelle or maybe just passing through. You gotta try this place! Not only is the brisket and ribs on point, but I had the potato salad and a side of loaded fried okra! Let me tell you, If I’m not in the mood for BBQ, I WILL BE FOR THE LOADED OKRA!!! I (regretfully) forgot to take photos of it all. Not next time though! I will update this review soon with the photos. And if your wondering about price… Its not McDonald’s, and it don’t taste like it either. The prices are like any BBQ place. But they have the Smoke to back it up. Do yourself a favor and try it when you got a chance! Glad I did!

Stop in for lunch, during break at PDGA tournament in Citronelle. The ribs and baked beans were seasoned well. They were very good. The Mac & cheese were edible and ok. Overall, great little bbq place to eat at.

I love the food and the people are great, but it’s counter service only. They are often out of some of their best sellers, kind of hard to fault that but when you want brisket and can’t get it… Last thing is they tried to work on the atmosphere and decoration and it shows, but the place is small and they haven’t found the right feel for it yet. Update April 2025- they are currently only open Thursday through Saturday, 11:30-6:30. I wish they were more available.

The ribs were insanely good! Super tender and packed with flavor. I also got the sausage and it was incredible. I spoke with the owners, and they are super nice people. Really cool set up they have, and I really will make it a point to stop here if I’m ever on a road trip around here. 5 stars!

This was a great lunch experience on the way to the beach. Everyone was very friendly and they had a very clean restaurant and bathroom. Most importantly, the food was great. We’ll make Grillbellies a regular stop when we travel this route.

I’v only been once and the food was great. I wish the portion size was a little bigger but i guess that’s just how it is these days. Got the 2 meat plate with ribs and chicken. They tasted perfect and the ribs fell off the bone. They were generous with the mac n cheese. Grillbillies has catered at my job a few times and they are so much better than the other places that have catered i always look forward to it. I’v never liked anyone’s meatloaf in my life but their’s is something special. The potato salad is awesome also.

We had a luncheon at work and Grillbillies delivered the most delicious meal of fall-off-the-bone ribs, chicken, baked beans, potato salad, slaw, and Mac & cheese. Oh and let’s not forget the banana pudding. Should be a law against ribs and potato salad like they have. Lip smacking good!
