We had a large group here for dinner. It’s nice that it’s located at Breezy Point Resort because we were able to walk there from the cabin we were staying at. Everyone agreed that all the food they had was good, but nothing outstanding. They did overcook my steak a bit, which is always disappointing. The French onion soup was really yummy though! Overall it was a nice place to have dinner.

What ever happened to the first Marina?
I’ve only been for their breakfast buffet but found it surpassed my expectations. It’s a pretty standard assortment with mostly the expected quality of a buffet with a couple stand outs. The scrambled eggs maintain a fluffy texture and good moisture. The real highlight is the waffle maker and the freshly whipped cream for topping.
Service was excellent both days, with Kerry Ann (I think is her name) making sure the coffee never ran out and seeing to anything else a diner may need.

A surprisingly delightful breakfast buffet. I especially loved the breakfast potatoes and waffle station. The house-made whipped cream was a nice touch too. The coffee was tasty and strong.
It reminded me of my college cafeteria’s brunch buffet in the best way. Pure nostalgia.

4 people working and I had to get up and ask for my own silverware since there were none at the table and no one came around to ask what I wanted to drink. After taxes it’s 19.27 you think for that price there be better service.

We had the Prime and Shrimp Scampi and the Petit Steak and Shrimp Scampi, with au gratin potatoes and spicy Philly steak soup—served with amazing warm rolls. The Petit Steak was flavorless — add some seasoning please! The prime was cooked as ordered but served with too-salty au jus. The shrimp was also just ok. Nice big shrimp but not a lot of flavor. The au gratin potatoes were made with Hash Browns not fresh cut potatoes so they were basically cheesy potatoes. The soup was great though! A bit overpriced for what you get.

My walleye tasted rancid and could not eat it. I ordered garlic parmesan fries and got just plain fries. The atmosphere should have been perfect with our view and very nice dining music. It was over powered with a crowd shouting over each other using a lot of profanity. We asked to be moved just to encounter more of it. However, our server and host were superb and tried to accommodate us with their hands tied.

The waitress was asked to omit a pepper sauce from a steak dish and forgot. The pepper sauce was inedible. When the problem was brought up, the waitress said “aww” and didn’t even ask what was wrong. One of the worst restaurant services I have ever witnessed.

NY strip steak was well done and asked for med rare. But our server was very helpful and offered a Prime Rib to get it right.

I wanted to give this better but the food was truly just ok, unfortunately. The app dip lobster spinach & artichoke thing for 22 dollars was served with dried dead chips that were from an old bag. Two small pieces of lobster in the dip. The prime rib was just ok, the French onion soup was the best part!! Staff was super nice!!

Went there for the New Years Eve Buffet. Absolutely delicious. Prime Rib made perfectly, crab legs, ribs, chicken, lobster bisque – all so delicious. And a wonderful assortment of excellent desserts. Doesn’t get any better. Couldn’t be more impressed. Great great job to the kitchen and wait staff.
