i’ve been ordering from Santini’s for years now, mostly delivery but I’ve been inside a couple of times. I have never been disappointed. portion sizes are great, prices are reasonable, and I never wait too long for delivery (UberEats).

Santini’s Bistro has been a go-to for me since I was a kid, and honestly it just keeps getting better and better every time I order. Whenever I’m getting takeout, this is the first place I think of. The food is always great, super reliable, and the ordering/pickup process is easy and smooth. Consistent quality every single time. Highly recommend.

This was definitely an experience I would never forget, not only did they mess up every ones order and have the audacity to get upset for them messing up the order. My sister ordered the steak burrito for me. They had the audacity to put in Philly cheesesteak meat instead of the actual steak pieces. It was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever tasted, went straight to the trash.

Normally enjoy their food but I ordered on slice and made some adjustments to the order. Called to confirm the adjustments and the girl on the phone said “I can’t do that because we’re busy so it’s not being done”. I had to pay another four dollars for the adjustments THEN I get my food and there’s a long blonde hair in it. Thankfully slice helped me but I will no longer be ordering from this place.

Horrible service, Cheap hamburger bread served with pasta as a garlic bread instead of a hero bread ; pasta not made to perfection; looks like the owner doesn’t know what he’s doing. Phone operator tried to shut me up through the phone and lie. Not the first time they steal from the plates service and class. You get what you payed for; I would not recommend.

I’ve never had a problem with this place up until today. I always have a friendly female answer and take my order. Today, I had a male manager. Dealing with him made all the negative reviews true. He made a mistake in my order and refused to admit to his mistake. Asked me several times if I was deaf because I asked for a refund, and he said he wouldn’t give me one even if I returned the food. With all the reviews pointing to only the male manager, I highly suggest the owner take action. His customer service sucks and he doesn’t know how to deflate a situation.

I’m a regular loyal customer of Santinis Bistro and I can’t praise Santinis enough – right now I’m eating their chicken noodle soup. Many might not appreciate it but his soup is home made, and you can heat it after days in the fridge and it stays fresh. You can see how their food is made to order – it always arrives hot despite the weather hurdles outside we appreciate their delivery team who always do an awesome job on bringing the food quickly most of the times before the anticipated time ! I love their calzone their pastas their salad – their chicken ceasar is so good! Great value and quality! Santinis is our go to spot! ❤️ keep up the good work and great prices too!!
