The moment you walk in you feel like family. They take very good care of you, and ensure you are not missing anything.
The drinks are flavor full and reasonable.
The food.. the AK Seared Scallop Piccata was wonderful. Some of the best scallops I have had. I would just order 2 of these dishes for a meal.
The steak was okay. It was 70 dollars for a filet that was cooked perfectly however the cut was thick so to even get the middle medium rare ment that 50% was medium to well.
The Risotto was decent. Bland but still fresh and paired well with the steak.
Over all the food is a little over priced for the quality of the steak I received. The Scallops were something I would come back for, and the service.

The atmosphere was perfect. My fiancé had made a reservation for 8pm and when we walked in we were immediately greeted by name and taken to a booth. Their non-alcoholic drink options are PHENOMENAL! Huge shout out to our server Joe. He provided the best customer service I’ve ever received during any dining experience. He checked in at the perfect times and just the right amount of times. He suggested sauce pairings that were to die for and clearly was dedicated to making the night a special occasion for us. The Prime Steakhouse Meatballs, Parker House Rolls, Filet Mignon, and Whipped Farm Style Potatoes are a must try! Best night of dining out that I’ve had in years.

We ate dinner here for my birthday, and I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The atmosphere, food, service was AMAZING! Cole at the bar made the experience 1000000x better. I will for sure be returning to sit at the bar with Cole. I love the zero menu at the bar and how friendly he is. The food was a whole other story… sooooo good!!! Best place to get stake in Alaska hands down

First let me say my server/Bartender was great. I Had really high hopes for this place. However I cannot in good conscious recommend it. As a person who has owned several restaurants, one of the 1st things you learn in the Kitchen is “Taste the food” In all seriousness I’ve had better Steak and Mashed potatoes at freaking Golden Coral. If you do decide to throw your money into a fireplace and eat here there is a couple things you need to know.
1. Be sure to ask for Salt and Pepper and bring any other seasoning you my like on your meal, because place doesn’t season a damn thing unless you call Butter a seasoning.
2. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES get the mushroom demiglace not only do you only get 5 small pieces of crimini mushrooms, but the demiglace is over reduced, bitter and possibly scorched. OH AND ITS FREAKING $30 LITERALLY ALMOST HALF THE COST OF THE ENTIRE STEAK.
3. Don’t get the whipped potatoes, its probably good they are served with a spoon because if you tried to eat them with a fork, you will not get any in your mouth…They are that runny.
4. If you like your steak Medium order it Rare, if you like it Mediium Rare, order it Blue
The carrots were the ONLY quality part of my meal

Very impressed with the food and the service. We had reservations for 9pm and came in at 730 to sit at the bar. We were welcomed with wine samplers and given recommendations – the wine selection is amazing, ranging from wines imported from Portugal and Chile.
We were sat before our reservation time and greeted immediately. We ordered the mushrooms as an app – they were AMAZING but I wish they used larger mushrooms or served a larger portion. I paid $17 for 4 little mushrooms, they were overpriced, and I will not get them again despite their deliciousness.
We both ordered the sirloin steak, medium-rare. Unfortunately, half of my steak was cooked well-done. Outside of this, the flavors were amazing: lemon, charred, and juicy.
The mac and cheese speaks for itself. It was great, and a good option as a side to share.
Lastly, we ordered the orange cake as dessert and I WILL be coming back for this. Very light with the perfect amount of orange. The whipped cream was light and fluffy.
I would’ve given 4 stars based on the faults I mentioned above but the service was excellent, and there’s still plenty of room for this restaurant to grow. I would recommend this spot to anybody who hasn’t checked it out yet!

What an amazing experience. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and set a new standard in professionalism. We had stuffed mushrooms, scallops w/risotto, and the bananas foster crème brûlée. All of the food was cooked to perfection and one of the best meals I have ever had not just in Alaska but anywhere. Simply amazing experience. My husband and I came in to have dinner today at 6:00. Right off the bat the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and kind. The food was fantastic, we had the New York Strip which was cooked to perfection, two of the Mac and Cheese sides which were nothing short of delicious, and probably one of the best Caesar Salad’s I have ever had in my life. The drinks were amazing, my favorite was the Raspberry Lavender Lemonade. I cannot highlight enough the amazing customer service and team they have at Stalk. Incredibly professional, kind, and patient. This will definitely be our go to steakhouse. Thank you to the amazing staff for making our dinner so amazing!
