The best CiCi’s Pizza that my family has been to. They have a huge arcade area, party area, lots of parking since nearby grocery store isn’t open. I guess since it’s pretty new it’s pretty clean and has good workers.
Edit: my family went back (again on a Sunday afternoon), and the experience was less than ideal. It was crowded. The line to get pizza was to the door with most pizzas and desserts gone so people had to wait for the pizza to be cooked and then get in line to get the pizza/dessert they want. It would be nice if there was a separate island so people could get pizza on both sides of the island.

Decided to throw my son’s 4th birthday party at this location and by far the best decision I could’ve made. It was the easiest party I’ve hosted. Britney and her team were so helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed. The birthday boy and his friends all had a great time! Would highly recommend.

Best pizza experience I’ve ever had. Playing arcade with my son was a blast. Way better than Chucky cheese. Great pizza too and I typically hate pizza. Very, very clean place. Highly recommend.

Food is ok. Theres not a variety of pizzas there which I dislike. Arcade is decent. Bathroom is really messy! When I used the restroom some lady who was working there put a sign that said out of order on the stall I was In!

You have to ask for cheese at the salad bar which i didn’t see a sign stating so I just didnt get any, the salad mix wasnt very good. New pizzas got put out decently quick. Manager was very hands with checking tables. When we went to play the games we left our drinks (to go cups) and our toddlers sipping cup on the table since there was a sign for no drinks in the game area. When we came back for them the drinks had been thrown away and the toddlers cup had been opened and dumped out. Very inappropriate to touch a child’s cup but we did not say anything just said our cups got tossed and they ga e us new ones.

Don’t think, just go! I have so much anxiety and it prevents me from going places sometimes but I had a random feeling to take my daughters to Cicis Pizza and we found out there was a new location just opened up here. It was nothing like the Cicis pizza when we were kids but in a great way! The food was fresh and hot. The employees were so friendly (even though it busy) and the games were awesome. Each of my kids loved the games and the game cards. There was something for everyone. My daughters name is CC and they really made her feel special when they figured that out. It made our entire evening and we will definitely be back as much as we can! I recommend this location highly and hope they stay in business. The manager was so sweet as well running around giving some of the kids a free play or two! In this day and age it’s so hard to find both kid/adult friendly fun but Cicis is back and better than EVER!

Food was so old my kids thought the pasta was raw. Asked twice for a pizza to be made for my daughter, two different people. Third time they confirmed it never got cooked so we left. Every pizza on the buffet has jalapenos on it. Great if you want to blow copious amounts of money on 1 minute video games, not if you want to eat human grade food or receive any kind of service

I am very disappointed with how my daughter’s 8th birthday party was handled. I reserved the room in advance, but when I arrived, I was told another party had the space. The staff claimed the other booking was for a three hour block that does not even exist in their automated system. This lack of organization caused a lot of stress, and many of my guests ended up paying for themselves because of the confusion at the front. While a 25% discount was offered, it did not make up for the dishonesty or the fact that my reservation was not honored.

My crew loves Cici’s in Cartersville so when we saw that this location was opening, we couldn’t wait to try it out! We were blown away by the experience. The food was delicious, the environment was top-tier, and the arcade set up was super fun for my kiddos. We enjoyed it so much that we had my son‘s 16th birthday party in the party room on our second visit!
