Usually I have a great experience here but this time my beach club was supposed to have cucumbers and ranch dressing along with the avocado spread but they were not on my sandwich, there was barely any turkey on my sandwich and it was not cut in half.

I’m assuming it’s because this location is close to closing but they didn’t even put enough meat on the chicken bacon ranch to cover half of the sandwich. The location is hard to get into and if this is the quality of the sandwiches you should consider a different location.

Just ordered a jalapeño chicken wrap, have ordered it many times from here before and it’s been pretty decently sized, and then got this thin wrap. I called the store and spoke to the manager and got a credit for it, but after the call I took a bite and realized there’s no chicken at all. Usually get pretty good stuff from here so hopefully it was just a one time thing.

This honestly becoming very old…4 times…I tired to call this location. No answer. This happened twice last year.. It’s very upsetting, and not professional. Waited 40 minutes for an online order while people that came into the store got theirs in 5. After the wait we were rewarded with.. Rock hard bread and bare minimum toppings, enough to qualify as a sandwich I guess.. Picture of me pressing on the bottom with my nail, and how much the sandwich is compressing but the bun is stiff as a board.

I wanted to come back and update the review to add a star after receiving a response from the Area Manager, I was not expecting credit back but I’ll use it to give the location another shot. I won’t be able to speak for whether the online ordering queueing improved though.
Final edit:
Jimmy John’s kept their word. Even though the credit was not there when I came to the location, they called their area manager who approved the credit with a quick show of the email from him. The sandwiches I got were a lot better, the bread was fluffy, and they were full of toppings. I waited maybe 5 minutes for both giant sandwiches which are pictured.

Jimmy John’s is pretty consistently good, but this place in particular has a great staff at least on a day that I visited. Right now the whole area is under construction. It’s hell to get in and out of.

Have ordered from this place for months and had no problems. I didn’t tip once while getting delivery and the delivery person complained about not getting a tip. Now every single time I get delivery he complains about him not getting a tip even though I am tipping him. He has ” forgotten my drink twice” in one week. I will no longer be ordering from here due to the poor service.

The food was okay, the onions tasted very off- but this was supposed to be a curbside pickup and that didn’t happen. If this is a service that isn’t isn’t offered at this location, then it shouldn’t be offered as a service.

I usually love Jimmy John’s but this one experience will make me hate it forever. We ordered online for delivery to our place of work and selected the option “no tip” intending to tip the delivery worker with cash. We all work in the service industry so we understand how cash tips are more preferred! Whoever brought the food in and immediately dashed out angrily and scribbled all over our receipt trying to emphasize that we didn’t leave a tip while they didn’t even give us time to come up and give it to them. Mind you we had the $15 tip in our hands!! We called the manager to let them know about their rude staff and they hung up on us!!! Talk about horrible customer service!!!! We all feel so utterly disrespected and cannot believe this happened. ☹️
