Overall, it’s not a bad “frozen custard” product, but it is on the watery side. I got a Grasshopper mix with the vanilla custard, and the chocolate pieces were nice with the mint flavor. It was a few shades off of a Shamrock Shake. My dad got a peanut butter cookie ice cream sandwich. He thought it wasn’t bad, but the custard was on the thin side once it thawed, and the flavors didn’t quite come together.

They were closed for 2 weeks and I was so excited to go back….and the brownie and cookie dough is completely different… they used to have the BEST brownie and cookie dough pieces…I have no words for how disappointed I am. The quality was awful.

We went around 6:15 on a Friday night! Was able to find parking and not busy at all. However, as we were leaving it was definitely picking up and people were parking across the street.
It was pretty good custard! Definitely not the best I’ve ever had (I prefer the firmness of Culver’s…this was a bit more on the liquid side). The draw of this place is definitely the customizations and different variety of custards. The staff was super nice and even gave us samples of their weekly sample, which was a bourbon pecan (delicious).

It’s really good services and frozen custard. One recommendation is maybe to add a dubai chocolate flavor or like a weekly flavor.

The frozen custard was good but they only have 2 flavors, chocolate and vanilla. You can get mix-ins, floats, shakes, sundays, toppings. Portion size is good. I would go back.

5 stars service 5 stars custard! Never disappoints, freshly made, it’s my absolute fav custard in the whole of Eastern Shores n Gulf Shores. The bestest place to bring my kids, always my go-to for a sweet treat! ♥️

Ok so we just had an brown butter almond something and a raspberry Whitaker with chocolate chips. First of all this was the worst experience specially cause was really craving and they ruined it for me at the order we asked them about black raspberry chips and they said they don’t have them so we asked for plain chocolate chips then, after that what we received was more like a white vanilla whitest with a pinch of raspberry in it and when we went back to ask them about it they just handed us the res berry syrup in a cup to mix ourself like what in the world!!!! And they give you a dirty eye just cause you come back with your order we had the same raspberry wither at their NC location and that was so good that we came again to this one but not anymore! Not coming again n neither suggesting this location to any friends. The management should please train the staff about better customer service. Below two pictures attached one with the syrup is but the one in deplane and the other delicious one from the North Carolina location. Big difference! And also when I went to the window the lady was like since I didn’t say anything right when we received the order in the DRIVE THROUGH she can’t do anything like lady we can’t hold up the line to open and check the ice cream there, if purse we go and find a place to park and then we check it!!!! I loved this place so much but this experience changed everything.
