Cosi, authentic, and beautiful restaurant. The food is absolutely delicious. We had an incredible Chateaubriand with rosti and morilles mushrooms sauce. Then when the restaurant closed due to Covid-19 restrictions, we ordered a fondue chinoise and an assiette valaisanne (pictured) to take away. The owner of the restaurant lend us the fondue equipment for free! The broth is home-made and delicious. We cannot wait to go back as soon as restaurants will open again and enjoy the panoramic view terrace.

I went to Cervin with a group of friends after hearing it was a “must-go” spot — unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had in a long time.
While the food was good, the service was absolutely terrible. We waited 25 minutes just to get a bottle of water. Our waiter seemed annoyed from the moment we sat down — visibly irritated when we asked simple questions about the menu, and completely absent throughout the dinner. No check-ins, no basic courtesy.
By the time we got to dessert, he simply told us, “The kitchen is closed, I can give you a coffee if you want.” No warning, no flexibility, no effort.
The final insult? When we paid the bill, the waiter walked away saying, “Alleluia.”
I’m still shocked.
We were polite and respectful the entire night, and this is how we were treated. I would not recommend Cervin — no matter how good the food is, the service completely ruined the experience.

Decent fondue and a good wine, ok rosti & crème brûlé. Abricot pie was not good at all, food of that quality should not be served.
Service was poor, the principal server was not attentive or kind to us as a table and spend as little attention as possible on us. Ordering took a long time although food was very quickly delivered after that.

Very cozy place with the right atmosphere. The Raclette was lovely.

A nice event venue against the Alps. Some free parking available.

A good but tiny portion of French fries. Beautiful setting though. The view of the surrounding peaks and the valley below is almost surreal.

use to be an institution, now it is a remote quiet restaurant on top of Crans Montana. But it is only 2 minutes away by car, the food is very good, the raclettes and fondue are amazing. The service is crazy old, even with swiss standard they are sloooooooooow, but very nice. At night, it is nice and quiet. The tip of the day, on a sunny day, you can ski to the Cervin terrasse, meet your non skier parents, have a fantastic family lunch and ski down to the Violette telecabine. You ski, they drive, you have lunch together. Only place in Crans like that.

A classic stop. You will need to use the car to drive up the mountain. It is a large secure road which can easily be used in bad weather. Old School, a charming traditional cosy décoration Good traditional cuisine and very friendly stuff. Try the raclette which is prepared on a genuine open wood fire.

Service zéro. No warm welcome, no welcome at all. Service bad and with stress pushing us to leave. Will not go again. A pity as in the past it was a very pleasant restaurant to go.
