Best Jimmy John’s in Madison!!! Always been so helpful to our student organization, and Coach and Gabe were especially helpful tonight as we ran into a little issue before our big meeting! COACH AND GABE ARE SAINTS!!! They worked super hard to help me get enough food for a student organization event!! I cannot sing their praises enough. We always go to this Jimmy Johns for org events, and they are always so on top of everything and have been freaky fast! Horrible experience and will not order from this location ever again! Firstly, I don’t know who trained these employees but they were awful. Two full grown men (late 20’s early 30’s) with zero customer service or general people skills. I ordered two sandwiches at 11am online for pick up. I drove from East Side of Madison to DT to bring my husband lunch. I walked in and the place was a disaster. Trash and boxes everywhere. I look at the pick up shelf and no order. So I patiently wait for 3 men to order ahead of me. When the first order was complete, I kid you not…this grown man working the counter, held up the sub and waived it saying, “ If you’re hungry here’s your sandwich” and slams it in the counter. The guy was just filling his drink 3 feet away. Then, when it’s my turn this guys doesn’t say hello. Doesn’t ask what my order is…nothing. I say, “ I have a pick up order” and he hands me the ready bag behind the counter. I told him his customer service is awful and he laughed. Mind you I’m also holding my 6 month old baby during this whole bizarre experience and waited 15 minutes for my already ready food. Such a joke. This why these losers make sandwiches. Get a real job. WORST LOCATION EVER!

Ordered delivery for my lunch break at work only to have it cancelled 5 minutes before it was delivered because the location is closed. They show open on Google Maps and open in the Doordash app. They are not open. Never ordering from here again.

Very disappointed with the state of this Jimmy John’s today. There were at one point maybe 15 people inside waiting for their food, no one knew what was going on, multiple people, including myself, cancelled our online orders that were submitted at least 30+ min prior to arriving to the restaurant. There was clearly a new staff person there who wasn’t properly trained, looking around, embarassed with 7 half made subs in front of her. The other staff were constantly touching the computers, receipts, etc with gloves on and then going back to touch food and make the subs. By far the worst Jimmy John’s experience I have had. Nothing fast about it. Just freaky bad.

Ordered food at 11:19 – email sent it was out for deliver 11:39 . 12:30 still no food called to ask update he stated the delivery guy was still out. I stated that this was crazy an hour and I’m just up the street. Called back 1245 still no food. They canceled the order and refunded. Without notification no sorry no nothing so there went my full lunch hour and no food. Worse service ever. And i do a lot of deliveries from jj because I work at the hospital and it’s easier.
