Came in from out of town and took a chance from a Google search. The food was amazing! I couldn’t get enough of the vai mango. The elegi, the mui pi pi, everything was good. We got to meet the owners Jr and Alexa. Such a friendly couple. This is now added to our MUST VISIT spots in Cali.

My family came to town for Rev. Fa’afouina’s SURPRISE 60th and Cuz Malia and I stopped at Poasa’s for some belly pleasing Samoan mea ai . The sapasui was on point along with the fai, the mamoe and bok choy and the muli pipi made me happy and full. Malia enjoyed her pilikaki, mamoe, and some other delicious food and we treated ourselves to Peanut Slabs and our day couldn’t be any better. The ladies were so pleasant and we toured the other stores in the plaza and I got a nice bracelet and Malia got a hat. Now that I know where they’re located, I’ll be going back to Poasa’s to get my fix

The corned beef is tender and juicy. I love the boiled banana as well. The food is sold by weight and you get really good value. You will get full and have leftovers.

My experience was right along with Tiffanys review. Leaga Mea Ai. Our people need to be represented better. Nice people but old food is being served. I wouldn’t be surprised if this place was shut down soon. This is not okay. $80+ for two plates and a few drinks, and on top of that old food! Ia fa…. Q.

I had a fish, one taro, 1 banana, 1 turkey tail, a piece of mamoe just 1. I asked for 1 scoop of rice, the lady took her time to fix the rice and when she came back I saw 3 scoops that were firm. Like she squeezed them tightly together. Went to check out my food, $58.17. $58.17? For one pieces of those things? I thought it would’ve been at least 20-30. 58? Wow!!! The food was good tho, not salty like Poly Grill. And mamoe n turkey tail were tender. Price was my only problem. I know it was the rice that made my plate heavy. I wonder why Samoan people fua pauga their plates. Its kinda expensive.
