Every time I come to this subway it’s an issue. The lady who works the line 24/7 can’t comprehend simple directions, barely understands English. She cross contaminates orders. Have lettuce sitting the whole day then gives out brown lettuce and refuses to get a fresh batch. She touches all objects with her gloves then make your food and always complaining about HOW you want your food made when YOUR paying for it. Her nor the guy who works the register appreciates their customers. They wanna make your food the way they want while you pay for something that don’t live up to the way you’d want your food to be made/ taste like. They have all these restrictions and so money hungry. They told me it’s extra to TAKE SOMETHING OFF of my sandwich??? Not on .. OFF. It’s ridiculous and the man makes it no better he’s very disrespectful and not understanding at all. I miss the old owners of this place. This place has became a very nasty, disgusting and unwelcoming place. Hence to why they stay out of business most of the time. Don’t go here. Save yourself the trouble and go a few more miles down the road.

Getting I order from this place I’m missing something! A few days ago it was chips and now today it’s the 6 pack of cookies. If they don’t have something they give you what you they want you to have! I’m a woman with a disability so if I could come in myself I would. You’d think that they can read orders and make sure everything is there! Or are they keeping it for themselves? It makes no sense! Let’s not talk about gore SLOPPY MADE the sandwiches are! I NEED SOMEONE TO REACH OUT TO ME OR I’LL CALL CORPORATE!!!!! This location SUCKS!!!!!!

I placed a platter order Monday to be done by Wednesday at 8:30 a.m. the lady got permission from sunny(supervisor) to see if they can do the order he approved it. At 8:47 today I go to pick out my paid order and nothing was made not to mention this was for my job (meeting). I am very disappointed. The only good that came from that order was the few nice employees that help Monday Josh and the two ladies Also today the employees tried to help but the supervisor was very unprofessional and unapologetic.

Sub was horrible .Once I got home open it up there was little meat and topping and lots of mayo .And I had paid for extra meat. This subway put up a cover so you can’t see them preparing the sub so when you leave it’s a surprise to you when you ready to eat it.

The customer service there is AWFUL two females were working and they clearly have no knowledge whatsoever of proper grammar and had the audacity to be loud and RUDE when I asked them to repeat themselves because I clearly didn’t understand what they were trying to say because it was worded incorrectly. A prime example of why education matters! I also forgot to mention that she cursed at me and called me a b I have no idea who the management is here but they need to be shut all the way down

This subway should not exist. It is a disgrace in every sense. Very dirty and as I watched this rude angry woman slap together the melt i had asked for I started having second thoughts. I’d never seen a subway sandwich look disgusting before this. When I asked to have it toasted (ya know a melt) the woman tried to argue with me and actually TELL me how she would be making it so I told her I was good and walked away. There were customers behind me in shock and I heard one ask her why she was behaving that way. She responded with something snarky and they walked away as well. Now that I’ve had time to process I’m going back to get her name and making a call to corporate. Again there is just no way this Subway should even exist as there’s literally not one positive thing I can say about it and its a stain on the entire franchise.

Ordered online. I did not realize that this Subway is in a gas station. Food was not ready when promised and it was unsatisfactory. All I could taste on the sandwich was mustard. Drink area was unclean, swarming with gnats and is not in the same area where the food was being prepared. They do not have diet fountain drinks as is shown online.

I keep trying to give this place a shot but every time I do I get disappointed. Subway ought to be ashamed of this one. Whoever’s running this business either has no idea of how their employees are running it (on the customer service end) or they don’t care.
Every single time I leave this place wanting to call somebody’s corporate office because of SUBWAY so maybe I’ll take my complaint to Subway.

The food is subway, so it’s just aight. The people who work here work hard and are good, but they’re simply understaffed. Always a long line because people will order 5 sandwiches at a time with ebt.
