This is the worst Mountain Mike’s I’ve ever been to. No fountain drinks, all the tvs are broken, place is filthy, the workers won’t pick up the phone because of the complaints so it been ringing since I got here and there’s 25 other people waiting for their order. I went to pick up my pizza the other night because I had one at the other Rohnert Park location that I thought was just delicious. When I got this new location in Rohnert Park they gave me a hard time about signing a receipt that said I agreed to pay. However I had already paid on my phone and I already had a receipt so I refused to sign. They still gave me the pizza. However the pizza tasted like it had been made an hour or two before and heat it up for my so-called enjoyment. I would avoid this location in favor of the other location

Pizza was burned. When it’s so expensive it should be perfectly cooked. Either learn too cook or sell your pizzas for half as much … Shoot me a email I will make you a pizza twice as delicious for half the price and I will STILL MAKE PROFIT! it’s ridiculous the price is so inflated I think I should make a home pizza delivery service and undercut these profit oriented companies

This is the best Mountain Mikes location!
Been coming here since I was about 8 years old, and the staff has changed but the food is still amazing. They even have kept the gaming room section.
The last time I came in, I ordered a half Snowy Alps and half cheese and extra pineapple.
It was a busy night, but I got my pizza promptly. After getting in my car I opened to sneak a slice, and it didn’t have extra pineapple, it had pineapple and pepperoni. I called immediately and the staff was AMAZING! I can’t stress that enough. Not only did she remake the entire pizza, while I waited she told me to just keep the second one, then the owner came out and apologized, handed me a free soda and 2 more large ranches. I was really taken back by the level of amazing customer service they provided. And the pizza was delicious! So perfect, this place is hard to beat!!

Visit was okay. Nothing bad, but nothing great either. Clerk was friendly but over multi-tasking – answering multiple phones while taking our order, not completely understanding what we were trying to order because she was rushing. Breadsticks arrived almost immediately, tasted great. Pizza arrived quick, tasted great too. Soda fountain was out of all but three choices. Ordered a separate pizza to-go (right after ordering first pizza for dine-in) and was never told it was ready. I had to wait in line and ask for it. It had sat on top of oven for 30+ minutes while we ate and edges were way over heated. Overall, this was only an “okay” experience.

Solid pizza and good service. We went there for a very, very late, dinner — like 30 minutes before they closed at midnight. But they happily took our order and the pizza arrived at the table surprisingly fast and tasty enough that the entire thing vanished into the bellies of various family members in minutes. The decor is basically wall-to-wall sports TVs, but that was OK. Despite it being really late, the staff was pretty attentive and we appreciated that.

Do not go to the university Square in rohnert park. Been seeing some shady things going on with my pizza the last few times. You can clearly tell that they were reassembled using multiple pizzas. The slices don’t match up, the crust looked like it had multiple color. The slices were all different sizes. The cheese smelled God awful. Most likely reused ones the customers couldn’t finish. Disgusting!!!
