First time here and it was exceptional. I forgot to even take pictures of our entrees because we were so evicted to try them. Apps were great, entrees were fantastic (we even got 2 more to-go) and desserts were not overly filling and rich. I will definitely be back to try the dinner menu!

The Jamison Publick House has always held a special place in my heart. Back when I lived near the farm, it was my go‑to spot… a place where good food, warmth, and a sense of community always greeted me at the door. Stepping inside feels less like dining out and more like coming home.

The food is nothing short of incredible… crafted with care, full of flavor, and served with the kind of hospitality you don’t easily forget. And the ambiance? It’s the kind that wraps around you like an old story, where laughter mingles with candlelight and time slows just enough to savor every bite.

As an author and songwriter, I’m always searching for places that hold a little magic. The Jamison Publick House is one of them. It’s where memories are made, conversations linger, and life feels just a little richer. If you haven’t been, do yourself the favor… you’ll leave with both a full heart and a full plate. Thanks to Mark! Missed you on my last visit!

Tremendous overall experience! Atmosphere and ambiance are awesome. Historic 1745 building restored and maintained to perfection. Great blues music playing. The entire staff were terrific and well trained. Overall very calm, relaxed, comfortable and laid back. Food and drinks were all top notch! Everything one would expect for higher-end luxury fine dining in the suburbs. Reservations recommended! They fill up quickly. We will definitely be back again and again! Highly recommended!

This place is a gem! The atmosphere and staff are delightful. The first visit, we had a burger and that was out of this world! The server mentioned the owner supplies the restaurant with beef from their farm. You can taste it! The few other times we have gone, we have ordered entrees. Nine of our dishes were anything to gloat about. The filet did not have any flavor nor did my chicken dish. Honestly, I would stick to the burgers at this joint other than the entrees. The peanut butter lava cake was heaven though!

I have eaten lunch and dinner now, both excellent. Very good steak salad last week. Amazing, extremely delicious lamb chops the other night. Can’t wait to get back. Highly recommend !!

Beautifully rustic yet elegant atmosphere with a menu that is a mix of upscale pub fare and unique dishes with delightful twists (pickled celery on a chicken sandwich; Brussels sprouts and ham mixed in with mussels).

We sat at the bar so can’t speak to table service but bar service was great and it was an added bonus to watch the skilled bartender mixing some delightful-looking cocktails. I tried two of those cocktails – a whiskey sour with a blackberry infusion and an old fashioned with a hint of chocolate – I am on a new mission to try every single cocktail on their menu.

While everything we ordered was delicious I can’t say enough about the mussels – if I could only eat one thing for the rest of my life it would be those mussels.

My partner and I just moved to the area and we’ve driven by several times and the place is always packed. We finally ended up going when my partner’s family came to visit. The place is super cute and adorable. Located in a historic building from the 1700s! The decor was super cozy and relaxing, felt like we were over at a relatives house. The food was very delicious and well made. Everything was made fresh to order. You could really taste the care that was put into every dish. Our waitress was great as well. Very personable and had a sense of humor as well. Overall would highly recommend and we will definitely be back to enjoy more of their food and drinks!

EPIC is the word that comes to mind while we had our meal. We had the Eggplant Parm, the Indian Ridge Angus Ribeye Steak and the one that brings the word Epic. The Seared Sea Scallops , there were so may intriguing flavors throughout the dish. The maple caraway root veggies, butternut squash risotto, fig mostarda, and sage whipped ricotta. This was one of the best dishes that I have had the opportunity to enjoy traveling to 36 states and 8 countries. Great serving staff and phenomenal food. I must try establishment.

Props to the chef. The turkey chili was ridiculous. The filet with mashed potatoes had so much flavor I ate my wife’s. Jamison is now #1 on our fine dining list. Unbelievable. Our waitress very nice as well.
