It’s our dream to open a state of the art open kitchen restaurant serving the two dishes we recklessly love and can’t live without: Noodles and Sushi. Our goal is to focus heavily on freshness and quality as we make craft noodles and sushi for our guests. That also means we will be making everything from scratch in house. This includes soups, tare (sauces), toppings, and last but not least, fresh in house crafted noodles. We hope you enjoy our food and our drinks from our full bar (we are not BYOB) as much as we do making it for you! Hidden gem! The 9 piece chef selection nigiri was exquisite. Each piece served one by one to the sushi bar, fresh taste and perfect presentation. Pork buns were also amazing. Ordered Shiso for delivery on Saturday night after reading some glowing reviews online and it did not disappoint – will be my new go-to for sushi takeout. Got the Chef’s choice sushi and tuna/aji sushi and every piece was amazing and so fresh. Also got the spicy tuna crispy rice (don’t have a photo) but would skip this next time, it just doesn’t travel well. Can’t wait to try Shiso in person!

Ordered the 18-piece premium set and it was incredible. The food is so tasty! The fish had great variety and was balanced really well.
I sat at the bar, and the pieces were served one by one by the sushi chef, which was a nice touch. The environment is cozy and comfortable.

Forgot a couple of photos but this a must check out place. I had the Tuna Sampler Sushi and Blackened Cod. Both where amazing. The truffle tuna sushi melted in mouth like filet mignon. Good cocktails as well.

Very tasty Sashimi and Sushi. Hamachi Kama is awesome. Hokkaido Uni is definitely the best. Oysters are also fantastic. Deserves 5 star rating.

Chef puts in effort like it’s omakase even for the chef’s choice sushi off the menu!!! I still think about the miso black cod udon with house-made noodles and everything. Watch everyone work and hear about what fish is flown in, and then the prices feel so fair. Exceptional!!

Literally writing this as I’m sitting at the bar because everything was so good. First time here and they did not disappoint. We did the chef’s choice 18 piece sushi plus a Black Cod noodle dish to share. Oh and we had the tuna cheek appetizer. The food was all incredible and the service was just as amazing. You could watch every employee here and see their focus on perfecting whatever they were doing. We can’t wait to come back, likely later this week.
