I ordered a pepperoni pizza at the drive thru around 7:45. I paid, the cashier was friendly, but didn’t tell us the pizza wasn’t “hot and ready” as advertised. She said it’ll be 7 minutes and gave us a buzzer. After 22 minutes, I asked how much longer. She looked confused, asked what number I had, then said “oh its in the oven. Itll be about another 4 minutes”. This defeated the purpose or ordering “hot and ready” to get my kids home.

Ok on this day it was grand opening . I ordered two 8 piece wings an a meat lovers no Pepperoni . The wing are so small the pizza was ok no taste tho. How about its was 32 dollars I never payed that much at a Little Ceasars before. Ok I got the food an I said can I get a garlic butter sauce how about the sauce cost 1 dollar more. . I think this place is a little pricey.

Service was very VERY bad , I was told they didn’t have my order there and I proved to them I put in an order the old white guy closed the window in my face. I called to get management number and the kept hanging up the phone (I’m sure they seen my number) . Horrible. It’s was only 11:30 pm

I was very surprised by the attitude I got from the young lady answering the phone. She answered by saying “Hey”, Didn’t thank me for calling Lil Caesars….and then was huffing and puffing and sucking her teeth bc I needed to make a change to my door dash order which I do every single time I order. I have had this issue the last 3 times I’ve ordered, never had it before this young lady started answering the phone. My sincere advice to her is to either find another job bc clearly you don’t like working there, or pretend you like your job enough to be polite on the phone to the people paying your wages with the orders they place.

Called in an order of 2 cheese pizza and an order of hot wings. I arrived and what I asked for was not what was rang up when I told the cashier I what I wanted with an attitude she said the order was already being made and it was what it was frustrated I paid and still had to wait for my food while she stood on her phone. Aweful service DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Food was prepared just right and tasted wonderful. The service was wonderful and the lady that took my order was the nicest person you could talk too. The young man that fixed the food was very nice and was working hard. This is going to be a great Little Caesars Pizza. Thank you for making mine and my wife supper night just great. I can’t wait to have another night to have some hot pizza from Little Caesars.

My kids love it. It tastes like cardboard to me and the pepperoni or sauce always gives me heartburn. They have raised their prices as well. Rather go get better quality pizza for the same price. The manager showed great customer service.

Very discouraged and disappointed in lack of customer service at this location. I walked in the store and multiple employees looked and me and walked past me. It takes a moment to acknowledge a customer. A moment to tell me that you will be with me. A gentleman who was finishing his shift yet in a hurry finally helped me. You shouldn’t ignore customers. Period.
