I’ve visited this MOD Pizza location a couple of times and have always enjoyed the food, especially the unlimited toppings option. However, during my most recent visit, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and overall hygiene of the store.
The staff working that day appeared to be mostly teens, and they didn’t seem to take hygiene very seriously. They were busy chatting among themselves instead of paying attention to their tasks. When I went to place my order, one of the employees had been cleaning some boards, and without changing his gloves, he immediately started preparing my pizza dough.
On top of that, the pizza wasn’t made with the toppings I requested, and the overall preparation felt careless and rushed. I hope the management takes steps to improve cleanliness and ensure proper training for staff, because the food itself has always been great.

Another welcome food option in this area. This is a sort of Subway-style pizza place where you order at the counter, watch them load up your desired toppings, and then wait for your order number to be ready. The pizzas were actually quite tasty. The primary issue with this location is that the service is super slow. We went when it was not busy and waited quite a while for our order to be taken and for the food to come out. We’ve since opted out of coming back due long lines. Hopefully, this is just growing pains and they will be able to streamline their assembly line and food prep. This restaurant definitely has promise and I hope to try it again in a few months to see if it has improved.

Excellent pizza but for “to-go” orders, the wait time is pathetic! Possibly, the demand is huge and there’s not enough man power to handle all the incoming orders but noticed to-go/take away orders are delayed a lot and dine-in orders are way quicker so you may want to keep this in kind before heading here.
The interiors are really good and clean – no complaints there. The staffs are friendly as well, it’s just the wait time on –

I think this is my new favorite pizza place! It’s like a sub shop for pizza. They have a large selection of fresh toppings, including 5 types of cheese. (as well as vegan cheese. I am not vegan, so I’m not sure how vegan anything else is.) They have 3 prices and 2 sizes. A 6″ kids pizza, an 11″ thin crust, and 11″ thick crust. They have quite a few “stock” pizzas, or you pick your own toppings. Whatever combination for no extra charge! Will definitely go back.

Ok, continuing on with hitting the pizza circuit…decided to try MOD pizza on Ronald Reagan blvd in Leander/GT. Theme is build your own or go with their creative style pizzas. Decided on the Mega Dough with red sauce, spinach, red onions, green peppers, salami, balsamic and fig drizzle…wanted to taste good…but, took a bite and dough seemed great until tasted off. Looked at crust under was burned…whole pizza entirely burned…2 stars on the food …service was kind and atmosphere normal…not coming back

The worst location. Do not expect your usual MOD experience here. Every time pizza is over baked. The bottom is coal black and dough is super dry. I guess whoever owns this location needs to take some training from franchise on how to cook it properly before selling it to customers and ruining mod brand. There is another location in Georgetown just order from there

Stood at the counter for 11 minutes while the 3 employees worked. They saw me waiting and just kept doing what they were doing never even acknowledging I was there to order. The said bye to patrons leaving. They never said, “ we will be with you in moment.” Just flat out ignored me. I do not complain about businesses in fact I share about great experiences and I give people the benefit of the doubt. Sadly this is my 7th time here and the 7th bad experience. I live ModPizza and I know this terrible location does not represent the brand, but this location is hurting the brand’s image. I’ll never go to this location again. Good thing Torchy’s is next door.

I’ve visited MOD locations over 50 times and this was the worst experience. Quality control, customer service require lots of training. The lady who made our pizzas did just about everything you don’t want someone to do. Super stingy, super pushy, her pizza shapes and sizes were way smaller and she put way less than anyone I’ve ever seen. Even in contrast to her coworkers. She was unpleasant and I’ll never go back to this location. Look at the pizza in the photo for reference..it’s supposed to be the side of the box. Another one was burned. She made them super thin and yet they were still extremely small. Smaller and thinner than ever, with less toppings provided.
