We started as a Noodle House and expanded into the Lao & Thai cuisine industry. Since taking full ownership of the restaurant on June 1, 2024, we have started offering off-menu items to include many Lao/Thai street food. Not sure what we offer in our street food menu? Just ask our friendly staff or if there is something specific you’d like to order, have the staff ask our chef to see if we have the ingredients for it and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We look forward to serving you authentic Lao/Thai dishes as well as our well loved classic noodle dishes.

Amazing customer service, tasty food. One of the dishes was a tad too spicy for my friend (who, admittedly, was just overconfident) and the chef offered to remake it for her. Portions are great sized as well. A+!

They don’t skimp. You actually get the same pre-pandemic portions. Some places give more noodles and less meat. I understand businesses gotta do what they gotta do because of rising prices. This place takes me back to 2019 when the world was normal! Their Khao Soy was bomb. People tend to be snobby about this. Not a well known noodle dish but deserves more notoriety!

Ordered the #21 combination. Hearty and served with minimal wait time. It’s a local fave. I cannot confirm nor deny, but the story is that this restaurant is the offspring from another restaurant in Oakland. Definitely one of the better noodles places in the Richmond/San Pablo area.

The Phô was different taste from other Vietnamese places, ( by the chatting I guess they are Thai) but suficiente amount. Perhaps late night it’s not a good time to eat

We’ve been coming to Noodle 21 for over 5 years now, and it continues to be one of our favorite spots! My husband introduced me to this place, and over time I found my perfect pho order — #21 with thin egg noodles, no bean sprouts, and soup on the side.
Back in August 2024, the original owner told us he was leaving and passing the business on to his partner. He was always so kind, always made time to chat with us, and greeted us warmly every visit. I was pregnant at the time, so sadly, he never got to meet our baby — but we’re happy to say we’ve kept coming back and still love it just as much as day one.
The staff now is just as welcoming. They remember us, they remember our baby, and it truly feels like a place that values its regulars. The food is consistently delicious, and the atmosphere is comforting and familiar. We’re so glad this spot continues to thrive, and we look forward to many more meals here as a family.

Got TVs playing sports. Bomb noodles and Thai/Lao dishes(maybe Mien). Don’t sleep on this. Be patient because it’s a one woman operation in the kitchen. They serve beer too.
