This place is a great, the burgers are delicious, staffs are super friendly and nice. The manager Nicholas is super helpful and great! We took the kids here for birthday treat and they really made it a great lunch! Definitely coming back! One of the best burger place in neighborhood

the place is clean and up to date on decor. staff is friendly. the milkshakes are really good also. they don’t serve the haystack onion side with the dipping sauce anymore which is a bummer because it was delicious. their burgers are juicy and full of flavor.

Smashburger is by far the best burger spot. Everything always tastes so fresh. Also food options are great if you want a burger but healthier than typical fast food. The Hamilton one was very clean and the workers polite. I wish we had one closer because I would eat there every week!

Went for a couple of burgers with the kids. We were greeted cheerfully, our host Nicholas happily answered a couple of questions for me. The service was quick and the food was good. The burgers were like homemade in a good way. They were not gigantic overstuffed calorie bombs. They were tender juicy and tasty. I had to ask where the tip jar was so I could leave a tip, which I was happy to do.

Mixed bag – would give this place a pass the next time. First visit and the best part was the very nice staff. My truffle swiss burger was very average. My wife had it a litter better with Chipotle burger. The onion haystack was not good and the tots were average. Kids liked their cheeseburgers, but only with the shake, which was fine.

Great customer service by Alisha at the counter making sure my order was correct and provided information about the rewards program. Later Alisha checks if I was please with my food, now that is amazing. As well the cooker did a great job with my BBQ Bacon Cheddar Burger and the fries amazing.

My first visit and didn’t disappoint. Very good burger and fries. I had the beef burger with guacamole and it was wonderful. Fresh cut onions and tomato were such a welcome departure from the bad burgers at McDs. Try the smashburger fries with rosemary – far superior to the larger chain fries and I would say better than Five Guys too.

A great environment and great food very helpful and friendly staff that comes and checks on your needs. I had the jalepenos burger with some bacon. It was still juicy and a lot of flavor. Fries were really crisp and crunchy. Will definitely recommend

I had been here under previous management and it was awful. SOMEHOW, under new management the place feels more welcoming, the food tastes better, and the staff is incredibly sweet & helpful. I’ll definitely be back, and I would recommend you trying this Smash Burger again if you were turned off by previous management.
