Burgers burnt. Told the waitress. She said she can give a 10% discount because there was a bite out of it. Ya a bite that made it known the burger was burnt. She then said I’m not the cook. Duh. Super rude and food was 1 star. Never again. I was going to go to bingo on the weekend but after this horrid display of lack of customer service and food not great at all never again. I see why they have bad reviews and I am sure this waitress was the one everyone was talking about. Good luck sis

Went in for lunch back in May 22. I admit we were a large group, and did not call ahead. However, the place only had one table of 3 in the place.
Anyway, the bartender/waitress was not happy we were there and left no question in our minds about it. She repeatedly told us she was not ready for the group, that we should have gone someplace else – yes we should have gone someplace else.
Once she got our order and drinks, the whole time she glared at us, we never saw her again. However the cook came out and he was pleasant and helpful. He was the only one we saw for the rest of the time. But he was great.
The bartender though, enough to make me pass on going back

We went on a Friday evening around 730pm, we waited almost an hour for some burgers and about 45 minutes for chips and dip appetizers. I get people are short staffed, but at least hire waitresses that are friendly. Our waitress had short hair and would literally walk past us this whole 45 minutes not asking us how we are doing not asking us if we needed refills. Our children had to be like “excuse me excuse me” to grab her attention. The food itself was underwhelming, personally my burger was burnt and not juicy and they gave me about 10-15 fries. Dont be stingy with food especially after more than an hour wait. I came here when it was Lawdawgs I believe and it was way better and way better customer focus. We only chose to come here because it was close to base and we did not feel like driving to town. I doubt we will make that mistake again and just drive to town next time.

Came to eat a late lunch/early supper with my family today and had the WORST service ever, our server was very rude. We waited a good 10ish minutes for her to even take our drink order, then we had to go into the bar from the non bar side to ask for a refill on drinks because she never bothered to check or ask when she would walk by and also got mad that we asked her to get us more ranch when we asked a second time. My kid ordered a baked potato and the server said no, they don’t serve them until after 5 but the menu said after 2pm. Won’t be back.

Pink’s is part of a gas station/convenience store/bar and grill setup. The building is clean and nice on the inside, looks like the country gas station it is on the outside. We sat in the grill area which had several TVs and about 10 tables. What I could see of the bar area seemed nice and they had a game of Bingo going while we were there.
We had heard a lot of good things about their food so we tried it for our date night. I had the Surf and Turf (medium steak) with fries and grilled vegetables and my wife got the sirloin (well) with baked potato and grilled vegetables.
My Surf and Turf came with a nice steak correctly cooked and seasoned, 2 tasty shrimp, nice portions of very tasty fries and grilled vegetables. I was disappointed at only 2 shrimp for $31 but the food was overall really good. I had a lemonade which tasted watered down and flat which was the same for my wife’s diet coke. Spinach dip appetizer was good, creamy with warm multicolored chips.
My wife’s sirloin was pretty rare. It was red in the middle and pink on the edges. As someone who doesn’t like much to any pink she could not eat it, I ate a little of it and it was good. I was able to give her some of my steak but the rest went home to our son. She loved the vegetables and could have had a whole plate of them. Her potato was good but pretty small, about 2″ to 3″ long.
Service was polite and nice but they must have been shorthanded because there was no one when we entered and it took awhile for someone to come out.
Overall we liked it, but $70 before tip is a lot of money to me. We might go for another date night.

Absolutely terrible customer service. There was a couple working and they never once came to our table to ask if we wanted more drinks. Instead they would make us wait up at the bar as they were busy talking to each other to even get served a drink. They left the bar unattended to go outside and smoke together. We got there at around 9 and we’re told several times that they were closing at 10:30 which made us feel like they didn’t even want us there in the first place. We will NEVER be going back. They made several mean and unnecessary comments to their customers. If I could I wouldn’t even give this bar 1 start but I have to so I could leave this review.

We went on Valentines Day…no waiting in line at all. Wait staff were friendly & tentative. Food was of good proportion and price. I actually commented on being a bit chilly and the staff had the heat turned up. Only downfall of the experience was it’s a pub, so we sat thru bingo during our sweethearts supper. Probably bad timing on our part. Overall I rate our experience a strong 4 and we will definately return again. Great Job Pinks! Thank you for a great meal with my sweetie
