Currently pregnant and getting my order correct here is DIFFICULT. They still charge me for the add ons to my sandwich. Which is nothing crazy just add cheese and pickles – no lettuce. Then they’ll turn around and give me the normal version of my sandwich with I swear double the amount of lettuce. It is soooo frustrating especially with the hormones. Please do better lol it stressing me out.

Value; a Whopper is still a Whopper, not a downsized version of the original. Prices are in line with competitors, if not better. Beverage selection is very large. Hours are good, open until 2am. I visit 1 to 2 times a week. I enjoy being able to get a burger for breakfast too! I have yet to have a bad, or less than perfect experience. The service? Fast, friendly, and the drive-thru is always accurate. Sara, K.D, and Russ served me on my last visit; hustled, attentive, and were friendly. Lots of parking, and ease of getting and out of the location.

Worst customer service ever. I go through the drive thru. Im the only one in the drive thru and no cars after me. I order. She says pull around we will bring it out. 10 mins later, i see three employees go on a smoke break. After another 5 mins i go in to get my food. No employees but i see my food on their counter. An employee comes in, throws my food in the bag, throws it at me. Doesmt say anything and goes back outside to smoke. No other customers in the place or in the drive thru

Last night went to get dinner really quick was very respectful towards drive through the young Hispanic lady working drive through was extremely rude with attitude about taking my order it wasn’t a complicated order she just didn’t want to be there and do her job for whatever reason. I get it you have customers being rude and disrespectful to you at times but you still have to be professional at all times she slung my food at me and said bye before I could say thank you I hope your night gets better I should have called corporate and reported her but I’m sure the person behind me had the same experience. I will next time go to McDonald’s or Wendy’s the next time I want a burger before I ever go back to this location ever again

I’m here at the Burger King at 1313 Turner McCall boulevard and it is 11:30 and they are not taking orders because they say they are closed although all their lights are on but they will not take a order so they are turning down business. This restaurant needs to have better service! As you can see in the photos their lights are still on

Dirty tables, french fries hamburger meat and straws all over the floor of where they’re making the food no one’s wearing hair nuts here or gloves..seems a bit strange.. tables on the lobby are dirty we’re the soda is that’s a big mess and it’s all over I’m not even going to go in the bathroom I don’t want to get sick

Very rude manager. They called my husband for his lemonade drink and set somebody else’s food down at the same time making him think it was his entire order. So he grabbed everything. When we got to the table, the food wasn’t ours so we took it back. The manager acted like they didn’t just cash his name. After I got our actual food, she turned around and started bad mouthing us like we made a mistake. I asked for a bag so we could just go instead of having to sit and listen to her complaining. My husband realized that they also forgot part of our order once we got to the car. I can see this store being one of the next to leave Rome due to service and the attitude towards the customers. For a business that doesn’t have near as much traffic compared to the other places in town, they act like they run this town.
