Delivery was late and order was wrong and I opened the bag to a complete mess of a sandwich. It was so salty and soggy I couldn’t even eat it. Last time I went into the store to get a sandwich for my daughter the worker said she didn’t have white bread in the mini size so I had to ask her if it was ok to cut a regular size piece smaller into a mini size and she couldn’t even comprehend what I was saying so I just left. Won’t be wasting my money here any more

Amazing service! All the girls were so nice and understanding with my requests! I’m not sure what her name is but the girl on the cashier was super sweet! She also had a sick Medusa Tattoo on her forearm! The manager was also nice! I recommend this place if you’re in Ramona!

Jersey Mike’s is pretty good.
That being said, I came into this location during the lunch rush and they were a well oiled machine. I thought I had some nit picky requests and they handled it like pros with ease.

I ordered at 5:44 PM so I could swing by around 6:00 PM to pick it up and go to work. I work at a hospital for 12 hours with no food options other than a vending machine full of chips. This was supposed to be my only food id be eating that night. Mind you I don’t eat in my sleep so I was without food from 8:30 AM when I went to bed. I was surprised to come in to the store around 6:00 and they didn’t even notice I ordered. They said it would be 4 minutes. I waited until 6:07, watching several in-person customers get their food made before mine was acknowledged. After 6:07, realizing that if I wait any longer I will be late to work, I had to tell them not to bother starting it because I had to leave. Now I’m going 12 hours without a meal because they made me wait so long that our cafeteria was closed by the time I got to work. We’ll see if I get my money and points back… definitely want the $3 tip back.
