First off I ordered online like I usually do and when I got there the monitor said I was ready so I stepped up to the register I gave her my name and she went to received to get my pizza well one of my pizzas was ready and the other one they skipped it on the ticket I don’t know why but it happened which is not a problem they told me 7 minutes it will be ready well waiting 15 minutes I went back in the store and my pizza still was it ready so I proceeded to get an attitude not rude but an attitude vacation was like we were busy sorry excuse me don’t take that tone with me and one of the Pizza makers said bro don’t do that so I told him customer service should be number one and second I’m not your bro but before all this happened I had asked the cashier could she remake the first pizza because I didn’t want it cold when the other one comes out she was like no it’s not going to take but 7 minutes for carrying on with their attitudes I asked for the manager or the store manager the cashier said I am the manager so I asked for the district manager so she said we don’t have one for an experience like that I can keep my money they are just so rude

I understand that you canceled my order because it was only a few minutes to close and either a. you were too lazy to make it or b. you didn’t have a delivery driver… Let me say if it was B I could have easily come and picked it up. With a simple phone call… Either way. The stars are because it’s already come out of my have account yet I have no food! Just a cancellation with a notice to call you, which I did several times, but no answer obviously because you were closing… But I’m not an idiot and used to work at another Domino’s. Horrible service. Pizza was good. I also ordered cheese bread and a cookie. I would not recommend it. Service was slow. I ordered online. The tracker said order was ready. However, when I arrived they said it would be 6 minutes. Apparently, someone messed up my order. Instead of six minutes it took fifteen.
