We’ve had takeout here a bunch of times since it opened, food typically is ok. As of the last 3-4 months it seems quality control is going downhill. I let the last few issues go (old inedible pita, annoyed employees) this one really got to me. Pita was completely missing, chicken tasted old, dry and overcooked PLUS there were about 7-8 soggy French fries mixed in with my food!!! It’s gonna be a long while before I go back, maybe by then there will be some people there that actually care about the food they prepare.

This is a case where the reviews don’t match the experience. Is it a little expensive no not really. I think for what you get and the taste is fair with today’s pricing. It was a well balanced as close to a home cooked meal as you can get. I’d get this over Chipotle or Moe’s any day of the week. I’ll be back for sure.

Ordered through the website. Went to pickup order and noticed that the falafel was missing from the bowl. When it was brought to the staff’s attention we were told they were out of falafel. Ok, it happens…but your solution was to charge me, not mention it, and hope I didn’t notice? Unbelievable. Also, here’s a picture of the “grilled” pita, as well as the sad sack of pita chip crumbs we received. Had one bad experience at this location before but gave it another try. Shame on me!

The most expensive mediocre “Mediterranean” food I’ve ever had. I would have been better off buying everything from Aldi’s next door and doing it myself. Atmosphere is a zero – everything is plain white with no decor at all like a prison mess hall – it is very “modern” if you like that. A rice bowl and a pop was over $18. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Was out of rice. Employees weren’t very attentive or talkative. Also never gave me a side of tzatziki but still charged me for it. And there’s no one to talk to because they got rid of their customer service

Almost broke my tooth on the hard as rock pitas. I ordered two chicken Slovakia wraps. Very disappointed at 13$ a pop this is unacceptable. Also how long is that meat sitting out for that they give to the customers??with an empty parking lot I’m guessing all day long!!!

This place rocks!! Every time I come to Rachel’s (especially Transit location), the atmosphere is clean, the food is delicious and the people working are SO HELPFUL! Big shout out to Kashif Lacey and Haden who made this a 10/10 tonight. Best place around.

I had a really good time eating at Rachel’s, I took a chicken Shawarma on the base of rice and was delicious very reasonable price and the most important thing. The workers were just very welcoming. Would recommend to any one who love Mediterranean food.
