Bad management, the workers here are nice. We had a friendly party at Dunkin, which we had almost every year since 1983 at this location. Unfortunately, management has been bad; they didn’t give us any warnings that the cops were going to be called or ask us kindly to leave the premises.

I am a regular here and I always place a mobile order. On Saturday me and my daughter walked up to see the restaurant was PACKED. I went in and saw the manager where I pick up my order. I asked what was going on and he said “someone is trying to hold a party.”
A party at a DUNKIN? that’s insane. The manager and his team were still talking and laughing together and helping out customers even as this party was being rude. The manager was communicationg with everyone loudly because of the noise level but with the upmost respect. He made sure that everyone was served in a timely manner. I don’t see how the team kept their cool with the situation that they were dealt. eventually it got to be WAY to much noise for us so we went outside. The manager noticed we were outside and brought our drinks and food out to us so we didn’t have to fight the crowd. I am sorry Dunkin Vienna, that people are being so rude.

Coffe is perfectly fresh and hot as I ever visit never disappointed over food quality there food is very fresh always store is very very clean restroom is clean and good the only improvement they need is just some more courtesy in some staff members not all of them but some ! Manager called the cops on my elderly grandmother’s get together of other elders and family. She’s been having this get together at this location every Saturday before Christmas since 1980. Not to mention, he waited until we all got our food to call the police to tell us to leave. We tried to ask why he called the police and he refused to speak to us.

I’ve gone to this place multiple times. If you use your mobile order be prepared for the order to be wrong and delayed. Today after showing up 20 mins after placing the order I was given half of my order. After returning i was told just wait for the other half to be ready. The women didn’t even make it and then when I followed up and just asked for a refund the manager showed the girl my bag that was sitting on the side. No worries all good until I got home and looked at the bagels I was given. They are burned and like rocks. Just disappointed that this was considered good enough to give a customer.

This store in Vienna is a complete joke. We ordered the night before on the DD app to pick up 2 dozen donuts at 7:15am for my kids to take to school. The next morning at 7:15 the app said they were preparing the donuts. A minute or two later the app said the order was complete and ready for pickup. We left our house and arrived around 7:30. They hadn’t even started the order yet. We ended up leaving around 7:45 to head to school and now we were very late. Finally dropped kids off and they were late. This is not the first time we have experienced bad service at this store. DD, if you can’t look at the app and complete the order on time then turn the app off and don’t allow order ahead. Thankfully some new donut shops are opening up in Vienna soon so we can spend our money somewhere else from now on. Never using DD in Vienna again.
