Food was superb. We were really happy that we spent our Valentine’s dinner with them. We had tom yum, calamari, pad Thai, and green chicken curry. Everything was delicious in every bite. I highly recommend this place. Food was exceptional. Thank you and this place is very near to my place.

Had their Green Curry. It was very good. Will order again. Brought some mild Curry home for Mom and she loved it. I had some and I did too.
Was a little disappointed that the crab ragoons were made with artificial crab so was unable to order any due to fish allergy.

Wow only 6 months new and it was delicious I had the chicken pad Thai. So good. The soup was delicious. Want a sweet treat try their tea. What use to be China court had a fresh up date. You won’t be disappointed

SO GOOD. We have been so excited for a Thai place to open so close to us, but we’re not prepared for the food to be this good! We ordered pickup, the service on the phone was friendly and helpful and the food was ready quickly. Everything tasted fantastic and the meat was cooked to perfection. As someone who frequently ends up picking around the chicken in my food, I was surprised to find myself scarfing down every piece. My husband got the pineapple friend rice, I got the green curry, and we shared the jalepeno bombs which were amazing. The curry was too good – I got too distracted and didn’t get a pic 🙂

Such a great cute new spot! The service was good, the food was brought out as soon as it was ready, and the presentation walk so cute! The atmosphere was so cute and aesthetically pleasing! Best of all it was affordable and had great weekday lunch specials!

Very nice place. Super friendly service. Very flavorful dishes. I would say their spice levels are pretty accurate for me. We go a medium and a hot dish (not thai hot) and while the hot dish had some heat it didn’t overpower the flavor. For heat aficionados, you probably want thai hot.

I found my new go-to Thai place. The Drunken Noodles were delicious—big portion, veggies were fresh & crunchy, “medium” spice level was accurate. The crab rangoons were perfectly bite-sized, crispy, & the wrapper-to-filling ratio was decent (& 8 pieces per order is more than what most restaurants offer). The chicken satay was flavorful—chicken was not dry & the peanut sauce was fantastic. The Thai iced coffee hit the spot (if you’re a chronic coffee drinker, you’ll approve of the strength). I was amazed at how fast we received our food (although, we were only one of two parties at the moment). Besides the food, the restaurant & bathrooms were clean & organized. The furniture & decor were modern & tasteful, & the tables/booths arrangement was spacious & inviting. The staff was attentive & friendly; in particular, Kate was very gracious. I love supporting local businesses, & I’m happy to report that Lamoon Thai is a great addition to the lacking restaurant scene in Mundelein. I know they just opened, so I hope they continue serving the community well. I’d definitely come back!

My litmus test is always my favorite, the panang curry, and they crushed it. Never had a bad dish here! People are very nice and the inside is always so fresh and clean.
I hope tons of people will continue to eat here and support this local business so I can keep having AMAZING Thai food right in my neighborhood.

Unbelievable food. It was so fresh and cooked to perfection. This place blows away other tradional Chinese resturants. We ordered orange chicken and chicken teriyaki with pineapple chicken fried rice. Wow! Lamoon is our go to place now. Its a must check this place out. Great job. Thanks Lamoon
