I walked into this store on 6dec25 at 740am. I decided to get a Latte since I had time. AT 752am, my drink was finally made.. I was literally the only person in line by the coffee station waiting for the latte.. This is a reoccurring issue. The employees are nice, buildings clean, shelves are stocked. They just take a lifetime to make a drink.

11/15 Sunday evening after the eagles game. I never write reviews, but unfortunately I missed the actual ppl to discuss this with bc the young girl who made the pizza clocked out and left, bc I guess that’s how it works you work hourly wages, besides that. No management or anyone cared, the pizza took a half hour at least, the young girl burnt it which would have been fine, things happen, but she blatantly laughed out loud and didn’t take care of it. Pizza cooked or not , don’t care, but it’s just the principle, say hey it’s burnt I’ll make a new one. I asked twice to a nice gentleman who tried to clean up the mess, after almost an hour. Eventually I asked for the entire pizza cooked or not cooked bc I would have cooked it myself at that point. Eventually got the pizza w no explanation, opened up smashed inside somewhat cooked. It is what it is, just acknowledgment would have been simple since I guess ppl can’t do that these days. It’s not even that bad of a situation but it also isn’t hard not have normal customer service on your front end.

Aug 30 at 1am I’m waiting for my food along side of 5 other people 2 people are just stealing whatever and I said to the food people yous getting robbed and they just looked at me.. 5 mins later at 1:05am I said yall just got robbed blind and they both just looked up at me and didn’t say a word. Kinda a slap in the face for all of us that paid. Everyone this store has on payroll that night should be fired that’s just sad and like I said a slap in the face for everyone paying being honest. I gave yous the exact times check the tapes and fire your people because ngl people saw how ez that was and are gonna take advantage

Woman named desi was wrapping and bagging orders at the deli/food counter. Ordered a smoothie, full sized hoagie, and chicken mashed potato bowl, and payed online. When I went to pick it up within four minutes of the projected order time, the items were ready but not bagged. I asked for a bag and Desi grimaced hard and said I can give you a bowl for the potato bowl and gave me a bag that would only fit that even though 2 other orders were bagged right there in larger paper bags. Totally rude. Please adjust. (Edited to add photos)

So slow with four people on a line. Also a door dasher and trying to make money and when orders aren’t ready we don’t get paid and our scores go down. Hence my one star for you all today. Do better.also made me bag their door dash order when they are supposed to seal it. Completely ridiculous. Heather is rude and should run her store better and ignore lines

Didn’t have anything I ordered and twice I ordered something n didn’t have it. It’s not the first time they didn’t have anything. Most mornings I used to stop at Wawa to get something to eat before work and didn’t have any breakfast sandwiches or some things on the menu in general.
