This 1 star is for the lady named Julianne in the bakery that took my order. She is very dry,fast talking & made me feel very uncomfortable & uneasy. She also took about 15 minutes to come to the counter after I waited for someone to assist me yesterday. When she finally walked up from the back she looked so rude & didn’t even greet me.
This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered from there and she has the same snotty attitude but I will not return & im canceling my order. I will go to the nearest Kroger or a local bakery.. I dont want anything from such a negative person.

It’s a tad crowded, considering the location, don’t be surprised if finding a parking spot and waiting in line takes as long as your actual shopping. This location is the Kroger of HEBs, meaning nearly everyone here is in their fifties and up. Be patient and considerate, try not to be in a rush.

Clean, nice place for grocery shopping, I spend alot of time reading labels, make sure your Bagels label does not have a BIO Fortified Ingredient (GMO) or similar name. I enjoy shopping for their Organic Foods (Almond Milk, Honey, Refrigerated Multigrain bread). I wish they had a points discount system like Kroger, for all that shopping I do there, especially with the High Inflation prices, the yellow coupons are Not enough!.

Needed a cake for a gender reveal. The person that took the order couldn’t comprehend what I needed them to do which was simple.
Fast-forward we allowed them to do my daughter cake it wasn’t too bad. However, they need someone in the department that can understand what’s being said to them and be able to communicate things back for reassurance.

This HEB was once filthy through and through! Now, l guess new management has turned things around. HEB, it’s very noticeable! The produce dept has stepped iits game up in replenishing the products in abundance .
Keep being clean! The parking is a HOT MESS!
