Hello and blessings to you my fellow CR mates today I had the honor to review Wendy’s new Takis Fuego meal and I must say I was like nah it’s probably going to be another over hyped marketing stunt by both however with the sauces I was completely sold the fries, and burger plus the zero sugar cream pop was all on point
I strongly recommend it if you like spicy flavors I am so proud of both Wendy’s & Takis for pulling this incredible meal together the only thing missing is how to enjoy it but not to worry follow me at rychernandez and I will share more extended videos of how I enjoyed it. I’m allergic to dairy I specifically told them no cheese 3 times it was even on the receipt. And still received cheese on my on my burger. Once we got all the way back to the house I realized it glad I noticed before taking a bite I have a serious allergy. While all the other food was getting cold at home we went back to Wendy’s to get them to remake without cheese. No I’m sorry at all. Infact several were even glaring looking put out. As we waited it was uncomfortable. Hard dealing with that kind of unkindness when we had just left the hospital needing to eat after a long day. Since no apology I ask if one of us could have 1 cookie while we wait the quick reply was NO. Then I ask to speak to the manager and a fairly young looking manager came looking very surly and puffed up. I told him what happened he didn’t care at all. No apology at all. Strongly said no cookie for crying out loud. Then he had the audacity to say What are you going to force me to give you a cookie! I said no but you aren’t paying for my gas to come back here or the cold food while we wait are you. He said No then I said so the least you could do is offer I cookie while you correct your massive mistake that could of caused me a serious allergic reaction. He said No and gave me a I’m better than you look. They finally gave me my recooked burger and still was quite nasty towards us I will never ever go back to Wendy’s?!!! I can say no too and I unlike him have good reason not to. And judging by the fact that I have not received a reply of apology still by anyone It looks like they simply don’t care about good customer service. Be warned my experience could be yours next.

I definitely don’t get why this locations rating is so low. Been here multiple times. The customer service is on par. The order comes out fresh and accurate each time. The store is clean inside and out. I definitely do recommend this location to others……..

This is my neighborhood Wendy’s come here often. Just left there about 30 minutes ago and couldn’t eat our meal. Both orders of nuggets and fries were old. Not warm and stale. We had to throw our meal away. I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog. It was trash, very disappointed.

Something changed – especially today – 12:45pm 11-4-25 – the young lady working the drive through is clearly handling business. Very impressed with how she’s calling the shots – making sure things don’t get mixed up – the drive through is so busy – this crew is doing noticeably good work. I heard someone call out the wrong order – she corrected them and said light heartedly “don’t mess me up”. It’s noticeable to us (the customer) when you guys are working well as a team.

It’s actually insane how unprepared for the lunch rush this Wendy’s constantly is. I’ve visited here several times picking up an online order and there has never been a time where I haven’t waited at least 10+ minutes from my designated pick up time to carry out my order. I’ve seen people in line walk out due to frustration of not being serviced and the staff is extremely lackadaisical, to put it lightly.

This is probably the worse Wendy’s in this town. I can’t even count how many times I go through the drive through and get the the wrong food and they charge you for cheese if you add it and never put it on the meal. Customer service is horrible. You can tell the manager doesn’t care and the staff is just getting away with destroying peoples meals. Stay away from this place .
