I am writing to report an issue with my order placed on 12/17/25 at 8:43 AM, totaling $14.03, at your Wawa location. I ordered a burrito with veggie fajita (paid an additional $1.00) and a 24 oz coffee. This was a special order intended for my lunch. I specifically requested a burrito bowl with all toppings except sauces, with the tortilla and sauces on the side. The toppings I clearly asked for lettuce, onions, jalapenos, fresh salsa, crispy jalapenos, fire roasted corns, rice.
The employee was not attentive while preparing the order. When I asked whether rice was added, she stated that everything on the list was included except rice. When I questioned why, she said rice is part of the lunch menu, which starts at 11:00 AM.
This explanation was confusing and unacceptable for the multiple reasons. First, the burrito bowl appeared on the ordering screen, despite being labeled as unavailable due to lunch hours. Secondly, this is the first time I have ever been told that lunch items cannot be ordered in the morning at this location. Thirdly, I regularly order lunch items in the morning due to limited food options near my workplace and time restrictions that prevent me from leaving during the day. Even after i questioned to her, I was trying to tell her my reasons; she started to ignore me and moved on to her work.
Additionally, the final bowl was missing multiple toppings I specifically requested. I only see black beans, fajita veggies and corns. As shown in the attached photo, there is no lettuce, onions, jalapeños, fresh salsa, or crispy jalapeños in the bowl.
I paid for a customized order that was not prepared correctly and experienced poor customer service during the process. I’m not satisfied at all. Had it been 1-2 toppings that she left after being rude, I would have let go. I am requesting this issue be reviewed and appropriately resolved.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Wawa store #8511 on Boston Ave. I ordered a cold classic turkey sandwich, and halfway through eating it, I discovered a piece of plastic inside the sandwich. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food safety and basic quality control.
I’ve always trusted Wawa for quick, reliable food, but this experience was alarming. Finding foreign objects in a meal is not only disgusting but dangerous. It makes me question how carefully anything is being prepared at this location.
I hope management takes this seriously, because no customer should have to worry about choking hazards or contamination in their food. Until I see improvements, I won’t be returning to this store.

The current placement of the air pump near the Tesla charging ports and the Wawa exit creates significant congestion, posing potential safety hazards, especially at night. The proximity of these three high-traffic areas results in conflicts between vehicles accessing the air pump, Tesla drivers charging or exiting, and large trucks navigating the exit. Relocating the air pump to the opposite side of the parking lot, where there is ample unused space, could greatly alleviate these issues, improve traffic flow, and enhance overall safety. I submitted feedback to Wawa about this concern but have not yet received a response. I strongly recommend considering this relocation to ensure a safer and more efficient experience for all customers.

I normally don’t complain about food. I understand not it’s like to work in the kitchen and be under the gun. I go to Wawa I quite a bit and this one I go to a couple times a week until recently. The quality of food and what’s being served has gotten horrible this is the sandwich I bought today this is how it looked when I opened it. It’s a sandwich so really I mean it was wrapped up you can’t really complain about the book as much. But what got me was once again the bread was completely stale and when I say stale I mean stale. I cannot even believe they sold that. For years I worked in kitchens and I always tried to make the stuff the way I would want it for myself. The reason was because you want people to come back and you want people to enjoy it. I don’t want to sell something to someone that I wouldn’t buy for myself. When you go to a place like this you’re on your way to work or you’re on your way home and when something like this happens and your brightest fail because it’s sat out for God knows how long, you don’t get to get up from your job and go get something else. So basically you are stuck with this and I know it’s not just me I just had enough aggravation to put the review in today. But a lot of us that work in the area are sick of the food that’s coming out of there in the past 6 months. They do not hold up to Wawa standards and I’ve been to pretty much every Wawa between Baltimore and Philadelphia and this is the worst

Yeah I don’t know who prepared this order last night, but I took three bites of the pizza and immediately stopped and threw it away. This morning I am vomiting non-stop. I’m 99% sure I have food poisoning. Never eating here again, and honestly, some kind of food inspection agency should expect the kitchen. Pretty furious my Labor Day weekend is totally screwed

This Wawa was pretty clean and fully staffed with a bunch of miserable, nasty unhappy to be at work employees. All they were talking about was taking their break and arguing with each other. Terrible experience.

Best newly developed Wawa in town. Busy location. Importantly, they installed hands-free door opener in the toilet door. Won’t have to wait for someone walk in to open the door.

Is very important if you have the option of delivery ,to pay attention when you prepare it, missing items or bad way to wrap the items are making the customer choose to another place , blame the delivery apps is not an apology or even a empathy ( sounds like is not my problem and I’m not going to help you) .At least you can say something like I will try to make sure my coworkers pay a little attention from now on , this is not the first time , that is why I making this review, I think like a costumer who ordered many times per week and suffer again the same issue with the same thing, deserves at least the empathy from you guys, Thank you Chris ( the person who answered the phone ) today 07/29/25 .
