This is my favorite local spot to eat dinner! Ive tried over half the menu and the food is always on point. They also have bands and karaoke some weekends. Great atmosphere & a top spot for me. Friendly fun staff also. Definitely stop in and say hi to them and grab a bite to eat. The turkey clubs my favorite.

We visited State Road Tavern & Restaurant for Sunday brunch, and were very impressed at the cleanliness of the restaurant, the friendly service (by Deborah R), and the tasty food. I chose the Benedict of the Day, which was an eggs Benedict dish with pulled pork and kale, hubby got the salmon BLT. The grounds of the DeJoria Center (which State Road Tavern is located next to) and views of the mountains from the restaurant are beautiful, and we might have opted for patio seating, but it was still just a teence too cold – in June, go figure! The thing that we most appreciated was that they played old school country on the satellite radio instead of the awful watered-down hip-hop or auto-tuned R&B you hear at most restaurants. For what you get, State Road’s prices are a tad on the high side, but if the opportunity arises, we’d happily dine there again!

Amazing food. Try the Burger!! It is the Best tasting Burger we have ever had!! The atmosphere is very nice. We were here on a Sunday. The draft beers are $3. And we enjoyed listening to a local band play music for the group of people who were there to have a special event as well. We will return again very soon. Thank you to the excellent staff who served us our Amazing food

My boyfriend and I absolutely love coming here! We come here at LEAST twice a week and are never disappointed. The food is always incredible and the service is great! The manager always makes us feel like home and always finds the time to say hello. The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful, I love the large glass windows that allows you to see the property while eating. The prices are great, especially for the high quality food. We will continue to be regulars 🙂

Found this place highly rated on Google. What a beautiful and yummy place! Was shocked when we pulled up to the location by how beautiful it was. Our burger and chicken sandwich was delicious, along with our fried pickles. Friendly staff and they played all our favorite music- great station! Thank you for a great experience.

Oh I so wish my experience could have been better! We came up to celebrate a big birthday. We were the only people at the restaurant, there was a big event next door, a celebration of life. Nonetheless we were also celebrating something very very special.
The hostess just smiled and did not address my questions. The birthday girl did not receive her food, she was told it was delayed at first, only to find out later it was not going to come at all. We all waited for her food, so our lunch was cold.
It is such a beautiful place! But the restaurant staff needs some extra training on how to handle delays and most of all on how to make it up to the customers when something goes wrong.

Hands down, best take out and best prices for a picky family of five (everyone wants something different). As a local with young kids, we haven’t tried to go “out” to dinner in a while (and of course, COVID) so we figured we’d give their curbside a try. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Curbside was so easy – MUCH easier than any other take out we’ve tried during the pandemic
Food was packed securely and order was accurate
Food was still “fresh” when we got home, not soggy and cold like you sometimes get with takeout
